We had a very good onboarding experience with the Vertice team. We wanted the process to be quick, and it was managed well; it also helped that we were well organised before go-live. The Vertice portal/platform is strong, and we’ve been able to access insights and valuable contract data that we previously struggled to see all in one place. The biggest benefit for us has been the procurement support.
