Vertex Agentic CRM Reviews & Product Details

Vertex is an AI-native CRM and growth platform. It brings sales pipeline, marketing analytics, meetings, communications, billing and OTT/SaaS subscription management into one system on a single database. Its built-in AI assistant goes beyond answering questions to doing the work. It creates deals, drafts sales orders, builds discounts and custom plans, books meetings and sends email, all from a plain-English chat. Each action the assistant takes appears as a result card that you review and approve before anything is committed. Money-related and bulk actions always go through an approval step. Every action runs within the user’s own permissions and is fully audited, so teams can automate busywork without giving up control. The assistant also watches your numbers, such as MRR, churn and funnel conversion, then flags what changed and suggests the next move. Because every product shares one database, an anonymous website visitor, a lead, a deal and a paying subscriber are the same record from start to finish. Marketing analytics follow the full path from visitor to lead to deal to revenue, and you can drill down to a single session. A unified inbox ties email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice and support tickets to the right contact and deal. Booking pages include reminders, verified bookings and two-way Google and Microsoft calendar sync. Vertex was built running real streaming subscriptions, and it includes deep billing for subscription businesses: Quotes, invoices, multi-currency subscriptions and dunning, all synced with Stripe For OTT and streaming: per-region pricing, trials, pauses, win-back campaigns, and retention offers that trigger automatically when a subscriber tries to cancel For SaaS: multi-tenant billing with MRR, NRR and churn tracking, plan-based entitlements and quotas, self-serve checkout and upgrades, and a customer billing portal Customers bring their own provider keys for Stripe, email, SMS and AI. This means no metered markup, and customer data and credentials stay under their ownership.
