**What do you like best about Verizon Network Based IVR?**

In my opinion the best feature about Verizon network based IVR is the call routing. It ensures the customers are directed to the right department. This is quite flexible and can be used to scale the operation.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Network Based IVR?**

The advantage that I mentioned is also one of the disadvantage. Although it connect to the right department but is too generic making it hard to find the right option for specific issues.

The major business problem solved by Verizon IVR is how efficiently it handles large volumes with cloud based scalability.

It's not as long as most IVR where it takes 5-6 selections to get to your destination... usually within 2-3 selections you'll be connected after self verifying. The Customer service has seemed to improve through the years as well.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Network Based IVR?**

The options it gives can be vague depending on the reason for your call. It could use more specific options catered to more scenarios.

It's purpose is to direct traffic to its' proper department. For the most part it does this efficiently

We can Integrate with an in-house database to route calls.

When the network servers glitch sometimes.

When the servers go down, I try to get it back up, but the benefit I've recognized is how easier it is to do transactions over the phone.

1) Advertised pricing doesn't include fees. Could you give me the REAL price upfront? These deceptive practices must stop! If you have ever had a customer service rep hang up during a service call or you were put on hold, and you were stuck listening to hold music, no, that is not good.

This product can be costly to maintain for smaller businesses. But it is worth the superior use to the product over time.

I use this product to set up after-hours contact for my business. Customers can call in and engage with the IVR effectively able to gain the information they need, or leave a message for the proper provider.

The beach areas have low to no connectivity.

Beach areas do not work well and parts of Long Island NY do not work well.
