Nothing at all, other than the newly-implemented fee for credit card use, but that is becoming more and more standard with businesses now.
Having used the product with a small team, this reviewer appreciates its ease of use and the ability for volunteers to submit information independently. They have not encountered any issues so far, but their experience is limited.

I was able to send multiple requests at a time which assisted with ease of implementation. Some of my entries were flagged, but customer support made solving those issues very simple and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
