Since our staff is quite small, we need a solution that doesn't demand much effort from us. With Veriscreen, volunteers are able to submit most of the necessary information themselves, which greatly simplifies our process. **What do you dislike about Veriscreen?** Up to this point, I have not encountered any issues with the Veriscreen system. **What problems is Veriscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Veriscreen offers affordable background checks, which is especially important for us as a non-profit organization. Keeping costs low enables us to thoroughly vet our volunteers and make sure they are safe before they interact with the students we serve. ### 2. I was able to quickly enter information, submit it, and receive a response in order for my team to go forward with plans for our event. I was able to send multiple requests at a time which assisted with ease of implementation. Some of my entries were flagged, but customer support made solving those issues very simple and straightforward. **What do you dislike about Veriscreen?** I had no issues using the product or contacting customer service. **What problems is Veriscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to ensure that the workers and volunteers who support us with our parenting program-Ready Set GROW- are deemed safe to work with children. This is a crucial aspect of our grant funding. ### 3. Immediate response from customer service if needed (and you get the same team always) & they will follow up with the court if a result comes back with questions from us. **What do you dislike about Veriscreen?** Nothing at all, other than the newly-implemented fee for credit card use, but that is becoming more and more standard with businesses now. **What problems is Veriscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** We haven't had any. ### 5. They actually care about their clients. **What do you dislike about Veriscreen?** Honestly, there is nothing I've come across as of yet. **Recommendations to others considering Veriscreen:** These guys know what they're doing. Any questions I have is answered on same day. **What problems is Veriscreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** That the fingerprinting process for applicants is run much smoother than my previous provider.
