We have had issues where information we have uploaded becomes corrupt and we can no longer access the article or even delete the article which makes it confusing for our agents when searching for information. I do like that this program is easy to use. Everything is straight-forward and just about anybody can pick this up and use it as a way to provide their workforce with content management and access to training/knowledge tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
