Platform has comprehensive tools to manage knowledge including authoring, approvals, and feedback loops. Verint continually improves the technology imbedding automation for users and content creators.

**What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?**

Configuration requires technical expertise. Reporting is available, but requires building using a complicated tool.

Consistent and standardized knowledge, ease of access, version control, approval management, time to competency, efficiency, retention.

**What do you like best about Verint Knowledge Management?**

Verint Knowledge Management equips its users with easy and updated articles helping them resolve customer inquiries efficiently during the first interaction, thus improving customer satisfaction. This platform has a readily available knowledge base that reduces training time and cost for new users since it serves as a centralized repository of training materials like procedures and FAQs. This platform has improved compliance with regulations since it ensures that users have access to updated information regarding company policies and regulations, thus reducing risks and the organization maintaining compliance.

**What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?**

Verint Knowledge Management has high implementation costs and licensing fees making it an expensive platform and still the difficulty of the platform requires additional resources for setup and configuration making it not suitable for small organizations with limited budgets. Due to its difficult nature, it requires additional technical expertise to obtain a continuous workflow since it is limited to integration capabilities due to the existing systems.

Verint Knowledge Management solves the issue of scattered knowledge and inconsistency since it offers a centralized repository for storing and organizing all user knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other relevant information, making it easy for users to access the latest and most accurate data. It has improved user efficiency and first-contact resolution rates by having a centralized knowledge base and users do not waste time researching common issues every time.

**What do you like best about Verint Knowledge Management?**

Verint Knowledge Management has an improved first contact resolutions since the agents can easily find the information they need in order to answer customers questions. It allows the customers find their answers for themselves through self-service portals hence reducing customers effort to contact the agents.

**What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?**

Verint Knowledge Management requires organization to have license making it an expensive platform and also its implementation cost add up quickly. It is not user-friendly to non-technical users compared to other knowledge management systems. It requires technical expertise to integrate this platform with existing system causing delays.

**What problems is Verint Knowledge Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verint Knowledge Management has helped the users to resolve customers questions faster for it provides a quick access to accurate and updated information. It saves time to its users since they don’t need to hunt down information across various sources.

It is nice to have a search tool for ease of use. This helps while needing information quickly.

Knowledge Management is a bit finicky, there is now way to put in related words.

**What problems is Verint Knowledge Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving how we house our procedures and processes for associates to access. It helps them be able to search key words and be able to click into a procedure rather than having to know exactly where to click.

Verint Knowledge Management is a wonderful tool for our agents to use. It allows them to know the tip of their fingerprints while handling a call.

Maybe just the fonts, would be way better if there are other options.

My favorite thing about Verint Knowledge Management is the ability to push the correct info to the correct agents at exactly the correct time!

**What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?**

This is not specific to Verint Knowledge Management as it is our issue- we have so many sources of so called truth that it took us a long time to work through all of our documents to add the TRUE correct files to Verint Knowledge Management.

**What problems is Verint Knowledge Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many single source of truths within our company. We needed a way to have one single source of truth to ensure all agents and departments were aligned.

**What do you like best about Verint Knowledge Management?**

Using the knowledge base is very helpful to our agents when needing to retrieve quick information to assist our customers. It is also great and super easy when needing to upload knowledge documents into the system.

**What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?**

We have had issues where information we have uploaded becomes corrupt and we can no longer access the article or even delete the article which makes it confusing for our agents when searching for information. However, we are using an outdated system and that could be the contributing issues.

**What problems is Verint Knowledge Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a key tool that is used by our agents for quick refernce for answering questions for citizens as well as assisting them with department protocol procedures.

**What do you like best about Verint Knowledge Management?**

I do like that this program is easy to use. Everything is straight-forward and just about anybody can pick this up and use it as a way to provide their workforce with content management and access to training/knowledge tools.

**What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?**

For our particular instance of Verint, we are relegated to using Internet Explorer, which means that our day to day use is slow. This can be more than a little frustrating, and does not add to the ease of use.

**What problems is Verint Knowledge Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using this platform to disseminate our coaching forms and push out any mandated training materials that our CSRs need to complete in a timely manner.

I like Verint Knowledge Management because it shows you pretty much everything you to know about your schedule and your performance.

There are a lot of things to click on so it can appear to be overwhelming.

I like to see my performance on VKM. It's very beneficial because it helps me realize what I need to work on.
