Due to its difficult nature, it requires additional technical expertise to obtain a continuous workflow since it is limited to integration capabilities due to the existing systems. Using the knowledge base is very helpful to our agents when needing to retrieve quick information to assist our customers. It is also great and super easy when needing to upload knowledge documents into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?

We have had issues where information we have uploaded becomes corrupt and we can no longer access the article or even delete the article which makes it confusing for our agents when searching for information. What do you like best about Verint Knowledge Management?

I do like that this program is easy to use. Everything is straight-forward and just about anybody can pick this up and use it as a way to provide their workforce with content management and access to training/knowledge tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Knowledge Management?

For our particular instance of Verint, we are relegated to using Internet Explorer, which means that our day to day use is slow. This can be more than a little frustrating, and does not add to the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
