Reporting again looks good but you can't run them when you want a one off report. I have set alert policies for words, websites and specific user beheaviour; you can even be alerted if an agent hasn't checked in for a while. I like that you can set different recording policies for different groups and that you can configure and schedule reports and have them emailed to you. The syetem was tester for 30 days on the blind, after that period, full disclousure was made to all the users on the company including the previews available on the YouTube. Several employees decided to quit and move on, after that event.
