The web interface looks good but when you drill into items it sends you to other pages but without the veriables that were selected so the pages don't seem linked. Reporting again looks good but you can't run them when you want a one off report. You have to download csv of raw data or wait until your next scheduled report. The alert feature is very useful. I have set alert policies for words, websites and specific user beheaviour; you can even be alerted if an agent hasn't checked in for a while. I like that you can set different recording policies for different groups and that you can configure and schedule reports and have them emailed to you.

implementation is frustrating, and updates to agents are problemsome as it is blocked by every antivirus or endpoint monitoring. keywords for reports get doubled, reports can contain junk information you cannot filter out and may only show certain users in results even when others have been selected. Easy to Implement and use. The sapplication provides very precise information as to who is using what and the productivity can be measured better. Excellent customer support at the implementation phase. Its used every day ,24 x 7 in our system if employess get connected. Has possibly the best geatures available on the industry for the dollar investment. The syetem was tester for 30 days on the blind, after that period, full disclousure was made to all the users on the company including the previews available on the YouTube.
