And yes, I’m sold! I would highly recommend Vepaar. Reason being is the amazing ease of use. I managed to setup my basic e-commerce store within 30mins. The functions are intuitive, and I didn’t have to refer to the instructions/ manual for most part of the setup. I have tested my store link and made an order and received the confirmation. I am very excited at how convenient it will be for my team and me from now on. **What do you dislike about Vepaar?** Some updates are needed for the instructions on the bulk upload for “inventory”, but otherwise, it was all good for me. Also, looking forward to custom API to support other local payment gateways. **What problems is Vepaar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team has been doing most of our selling, receipting and tracking of shipping/ postage manually and there are bound to have human errors. It is like a total toolkit for whatsapp marketing. It includes a CRM to manage the contacts, a semi automated quick replies function to capture more generic replies, funnel builder and an ecommerce shop. Very comprehensive offering and they all work very well together **What do you dislike about Vepaar?** It is only available for whatsapp web and can only be accessed from my laptop. I do quite a bit of work on my phone while I travel around. Unfortunately it currently does not have that function **What problems is Vepaar solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM. I do most of my business and community building on whatsapp. On any 1 day, I manage thousands of messages in my close to 100 groups. Without a syste to help me track, I started losing deals and dropping the ball as I cant keep all the to do on my mind ### 6. Near future, I am really hoping that they can add more features for newbies or someone who doesn't know tech. It's easy to get going and use, with no fluff or useless features. The emphasis is on getting my business up and running as fast as possible so I started making profits. **What do you dislike about Vepaar?** As of now I didn't find any flaws. I just hope they work and finish their all upcoming features that have mentioned on their roadmap. The implementation is very simple and newbie-friendly. **What do you dislike about Vepaar?** Can't really find what I dislike. Maybe now Vepaar is not GDPR Compliant, but they are working on it right now and pretty sure will implement that soon. **What problems is Vepaar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Vepaar to manage my WhatsApp contacts and conversations after getting the leads. I can assign different funnels and tags to each contact and update accordingly. I can also sort and filter the funnels and tags so that I can use their quick replies to follow up with the leads. I don't have to worry for speed of web app, avaibility of our online store as everything is managed by Vepaar and now I can fully focus on our business aspect. **What do you dislike about Vepaar?** It has still many important features missing for our needs.
