It's amazing how much time has been freed up with the help of VenueX AI. We had automated follow-ups in place before, but it was the constant individual FAQ responses that were bogging us down. VenueX AI handles simple questions while recognizing which leads we want to personally respond to. Our tone and personality still fully represent our business, and it's helped us clearly distinguish strong leads from softer ones. We are able to respond to inquiries on weekends and nights now when I wasn't able to in the past since staff were not working on nights and weekends. I love how VenueX AI manages all incoming communication for my venue and how it answers clients' needs 24/7. The AI feels like a fully trained sales manager and answers every time without fail. It smoothly escalates requests to a human when necessary. This allows me to focus on other projects and new revenue sources while VenueX AI handles the existing property.
