**What do you like best about VeliEDGE?**

I really like that everything is in one place - SMS, email, mob/web push, pop-up, segmentation, bonuses,  etc, and all connected with our platform. No need for many tools or integrations, it just works. Every month we see new updates and improvements, which is good. The team also listen to feedbacks and try to add what we ask.

**What do you dislike about VeliEDGE?**

In general all is good. Reports not perfect yet, but team always improve and work on it.

**What problems is VeliEDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help us manage all CRM channels in one place. No need use many tools or switch between systems. Easy to create campaigns, track users and send bonuses. Save time and make our work much faster.
