It's tough to find support. **What do you dislike about BCC Mail Manager?** I'd have said my only con was needing to upgrade using a disk they have fixed that problem. XML is like the child that's unwanted, most of the training and knowledge is for .DAT. **Recommendations to others considering BCC Mail Manager:** Pay for .DAT, it's worth it! **What problems is BCC Mail Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data processing, it's been used since I've started my position, I like the program, it just needs tweaking. ### 14. It is easy to use, even for those who do not know all of the usps rules and regulations very well. Their customer service is also wonderful. I've worked with George Vaisey, Hank Martin, and Scott Bubel many times, and they are all great to deal with! **What do you dislike about BCC Mail Manager?** Task master could have a bit more flexibility for advanced programmers.
