Setting up Vee.com is easy, and it becomes more helpful as I provide more information for social media and grant matching. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** I would like to see some download options, in a spreadsheet, of grants that we have received, applied to and denied. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vee.com is like having an extra hand, assisting in finding and writing grants even while I sleep. We weren't clear on what messaging we wanted to get across to our network and over time we were able to refine the messaging. They stopeed delivering content, no cancellation. No response to inquiries. I'm not "allowed" to log into my account and can't cancel the charges. The problem is that if you’re a corporate, it can be really hard to find volunteering experiences that your team vibes with. Vee has built an app that helps businesses to find volunteering experiences at charities and non-profts around them. The app is so simple to use and the experiences are second to none. I have been engaged in every single one that I've been involved with. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** I am an audio man by trade and I would love it if there were more sound/audio opportunities to volunteer. I run my own studio and I would love to host an experience here. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vee is an easy way for business members to find volunteering opportunities that fit into their schedules and interests while also helping them develop the skills that are valuable for them at work. Vee is a great tool to do that because it’s easy to use and it allows employees to find the exact volunteer opportunities that interest them. Our employees sign up via their portal and have their own user account, and can pick and choose from a vetted list of volunteer opportunties. Vee enables our employees to find the volunteer opportunities that match their passions, which keeps them extremely engaged. Volunteering is not a one size fits all "thing." Vee understands this and provides a huge variety of opportunities, whether or not it's with kids, adults, animals, or the environment, Vee has it all. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** We operate multiple offices across the globe. Some locations have more volunteering opportunities than others. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** At our organization, it's like we have a full-time employee whose job is to organize the volunteer process for our employees. That employee is Vee. Human resources used to do this and now their time is freed up. This means they can focus on bigger projects at work, like reviewing job candidates and creating new departments. ### 10. We’ve donated the hours of 50 employees to 5 non profit groups over the last 6 months, and it's been all thanks to Vee. Because of the opportunities provided by Vee, we’re very involved with local charities and community groups, and we’ve gotten a lot of positive PR because of it. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** Our employees love the platform. They find it easy to use and natural to work with. Personally, I would like to see the addition of a dedicated account rep for those times that are urgent and phone support would be faster or more convenient than email. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vee connects our organization with relevant charities and non-profits that benefit from our donated time. We want to make sure all of our employees have the freedom to give back in a way that speaks to their personality, and the platform allows people to find opportunities that are a good fit for them. The interface is simple to use and the pricing is reasonable and there is a huge swath of non-profits that we connect with through vee. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** There is no colorblind support for the vee platform. I would really like this to be added. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vee saves our management team thousands of hours every year that used to be spent on managing and organizing corporate social responsibility events. Two of our employees were featured in the local news because of a volunteer event that vee organized. This intangible goodwill is priceless. ### 12. My employer uses it to provide us with volunteering experiences. The previous system we used did not allow us to select experiences and charity opportunities that we were interested in, and as such were less engaging. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** I don't like that their is no dedicated mobile app. Booking via my iPad would be nice. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vee allows us to donate our time to engaging organizations that benefit the most. In terms of the product, I like the ability to see individual employee/member hours, and which experiences they signed up to. We reward members who volunteer, so being able to see each employee's commitment to each activity saves us hours of research and cuts down on wasted rewards for incorrect volunteer hours. There are also a number of relevant volunteer opportunities for our organization, which surprised me. Using Vee, we average 4 hours of Volunteering per employee per month which is much higher than rates I have seen with other businesses. **What do you dislike about Vee.com?** While Vee works really well in our area, they are not fully integrated when it comes to international locations. There are some countries and cities that do not have any volunteer experiences. I think that if they could expand to other countries, they'd be able to provide a better experience. **What problems is Vee.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vee saves us about 20 hours per month that we used to spend on managing and tracking our employee's volunteer hours. Prior to using Vee, we were using an excel spreadsheet that employees could self-report their own hours in. Self-reporting led to some incorrect results, and it was troublesome to ensure that every employee was updating the correct sheet. Vee not only manages and tracks each employee's volunteer hours automatically, but it provides a list of volunteer opportunities as well, which saves us from doing heavy volunteer outreach. Additionally, we've been able to scale the number of employees that are volunteering each month. ### 14.
