It fully integrates with the system and runs on various platforms. It helps minimize work during the writing of meeting minutes since everything is saved online. It offers safe storage for documents. **What do you dislike about Vectis?** This software is really easy to use and does a commendable job in the facility. **Recommendations to others considering Vectis:** Vectis doesn't require a lot of skills to use, just a little training for new employees. Otherwise, I like this tool and wish other companies could use it for the better. **What problems is Vectis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since this application is installed in the facility, meeting details are put down online and saved for future reference. It has helped reduce most of the manual work and replaced it with this digitalized way of online archiving. ### 2. It does a lot of manual work making office work very easy. Working with this software keeps the neatness of the office at a large. **What do you dislike about Vectis?** There is time curve required for learning. However this is not a serious dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Vectis:** This software has greatly reduced office work by taking nearly all manual work. Registration is now easy and this has saved time since we can handle a large workload in a short duration. I thus recommend. **What problems is Vectis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this software to do registration online. It also helps greatly in date confirmation and communication across the institution. It has much reduced paperwork and maintained the office neatness. ### 3. It offers a good platform to save meetings online and even offline. **What do you dislike about Vectis?** Nothing to say at all.
