What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vectera really helps me keep client communication organized by putting everything in one place—no more digging through endless emails. This saves me so much time and prevents those "where did I put that?" moments.

Scheduling used to be a nightmare of back-and-forth messages, but Vectera lets clients book themselves, which is a huge time-saver for me. It also makes me look more professional, which is always a plus. The dedicated meeting rooms feel much more personal than just hopping on a generic video call. Plus, the whiteboard and screen sharing make collaborating so much easier and more engaging.

Finally, having everything saved in the meeting room—notes, files, recordings—is a lifesaver. It means everyone's on the same page and we don't waste time going over things we've already discussed. What do you like best about Vectera?

Honestly, what I really love about Zoom is how simple it is to use. It’s one of those tools that doesn’t feel like it’s getting in your way—everything just kind of works. You don’t need to spend hours trying to figure out where things are or how to set up a meeting. The interface is clean, and the ease of use? Spot on. I remember the first time I logged in, I scheduled a client meeting within minutes. It’s intuitive, so there’s no learning curve, which is a massive plus when you need to focus on work rather than the tool itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

But yeah, it’s not perfect. I do wish it had more integrations with other tools, especially CRMs and project management software. It feels like I end up doing some tasks manually when it could be more streamlined. Also, while customer support is generally solid, there have been a couple of times when the response time was slower than I would’ve liked. Not a huge issue, but it’s frustrating when you’re stuck on something and waiting for a fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to deal with a lot of little, bothersome issues in meetings, but Vectera truly helps with them. Previously, there was always some problem. It could have been that certain people couldn't join, that screen-sharing wasn't working, or that the entire procedure seemed awkward. However, Vectera makes it simple.
