This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2026 **What do you like best about ValorSME?** I run a 22-person commercial cleaning company and wanted a sanity check on what it was worth before approaching a broker. ValorSME gave me a full DCF valuation in about three minutes and never asked for an email address. The thing I valued most is that it returns three scenarios instead of one falsely precise number, and it sets the discount rate by sector automatically rather than making me guess a WACC. The range it produced came out within about 10% of what our accountant reached a month later. **What do you dislike about ValorSME?** It is an indicative range, not a formal valuation, and it is upfront about that. If you need something to put in front of a bank you will still need a professional report.
