It did what it set out to do in 2012 when we implemented but never evolved. It worked with SAP B1, so there was some efficiency there. I liked being able to query the database direct in Excel, but later reaslise that I shouldn't have to further manipulate the date in Excel if it provided better functionality natively. Non-existent customer service. Last year, we planned to move our on-prem server to Azure, and upgrade SAP B1 from 9.3 to 10. After reaching out to Valogix to see if they support this, I was told they had a cloud/browser version. I was provided basic information and then a full demo. I had to provide our demo database to see if it was supported and now, 178 days later, I’ve had no reply. I gave up on their browser version so reached out to customer service again about just keeping Valogix add-on built into SAP and have that move over to the new Azure build. 158 days later, still no reply to the original or follow up email. is cost-effective and it is sure to be in your budget and give you your value's worth and automate a lot of your tasks. Integrates with NetSuite to include all your demand, supply, item, and location data. Automatically determines seasonality for items. does not take seconds to perform a simple task and makes you wait for a long time so this software is amazing.
