All buttons and features are on the right spot and it's easy to navigate through the different levels and pages of the web app. Also the new dashboards creates a lot of oversight. **What do you dislike about ValidSign?** The thing I dislike the most is the fact that you cannot access past transactions older than 30 days which is a bit of a pity. Also I miss a feature which enables to manage separate BULK transactions with one entry. An accompanying letter can be added so that clients also know what they are receiving and how to sign. Finally, the interface is intuitive, resulting in few questions from clients and allowing them to easily follow the steps. **What do you dislike about ValidSign?** All files, especially in the case of multiple files, are downloaded as a ZIP file. This is not always very practical. Additionally, if there are many files and the last page needs to be signed, a lot of clicking through is required. I can have it sent to multiple people, I can put in a certain order of signing, I can send people reminders... I have been using this platform for a bit over a year now and I recommend it to anyone that wants to digitize in signing documents! Customers love it too; whether they are on holiday or aren't close to a printer and scanner, they can even sign the documents via their mobile phone when they are on the beach! (as long as they have reception) **What do you dislike about ValidSign?** When the new release came out a little while ago, I had some issues with uploading bigger documents to be signed. And this was right around the time I needed to get many bigger documents signed! Case of wrong place, wrong time I guess :) other than that I can't really think of any downsides. **What problems is ValidSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue that I have mentioned in the 'dislike' comment area. I have contacted ValidSign about this when I ran into this issue and they responded promptly and kept me updated about the developments around solving the issue! Other than that, in general, I notice that I receive signed documents much quicker than when I sent them through e-mail (and then the client had to print the document, sign it, scan it and send it back per e-mail). ### 19. For example, if someone has to sign each page, now you have to apply the box to each page individually. Since no paper needs to be used anymore, it is also a sustainable solution and beneficial for the environment. The customer service is easily accessible, helpful, and always quick in answering questions. In the past, I have also worked with ValidSign's competitor and was less satisfied with the speed of their customer service. **What do you dislike about ValidSign?** Due to the new release, some documents got stuck, but that problem has now been resolved. Also, the system is fast and I can keep an eye on whether a document is pending or already completed. I can select multiple ways for a person to sign, for example graphically or by clicking, this way I can take into account the preferences of colleagues. Furthermore, I can designate a spot in the document where should be signed, a tool that is also very user-friendly. **What do you dislike about ValidSign?** The only aspect that is inconvenient about ValidSign is that the system sends an automatic email to the person who needs to sign the document, but you cannot compose this email by yourself and it doesn't show up in your mailbox as sent. I cannot see what is being written, so I don't know if the language used in the email is formal or not. In that way, ValidSign is environmentally friendly. I can see what has happened to a document, so there's no confusion about whether it's been taken care of or not, or to whom it's gone.
