Valamis is an enterprise learning management system (LMS) built for compliance training, skills management, and workforce development at scale. The platform combines an LMS, a native Learning Record Store (LRS) with mature xAPI analytics, and a built-in content authoring tool (Lesson Studio), alongside deep integrations including a native connection with SAP SuccessFactors. Because learning records live in the LRS, organizations can track and prove learning wherever it happens and connect it to business outcomes. Valamis is API-first with a headless deployment option. Through MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectivity, employees can check training status and discover relevant learning through AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT without leaving their workflow.
