Functional LMS and event manager

The thing that I like the most about Valamis is that they listen to their customers and they are not afraid of exploring new tech trends and how to incorporate them in their platform. Also, though the platform has some limits, it can functionally gather both e-learning content and instructor-led courses. Our organization is super complex and, even though it is not perfect, we can operate with Valamis.

Excellent Customer Relationship and Product

The support offered by Valamis is excellent and they offer a true working partnership so you do not feel like a small fish (even if you are!). They provide great interaction with you as a customer and make your priorities their priorities. The platform is easy for the end user to use and there's a good degree of flexibility. We also have strict security requirements- Valamis met these with zero issues.

Valamis want you to succeed. Their support is what makes the difference

We needed a brand new LMS, a complete overhaul of content and rollout out across North America in less than eight months. This was a major undertaking, and it was possible because of their support. The biggest thing I like about Valamis is that they want you to succeed. They do everything to make sure you are not overwhelmed. In terms of the actual product, it's crisp and easy to use. For us, the leaderboard is a game changer. Creating competition across the organization has driven adoption. The backend reporting is also first-class. Honestly, in terms of product, value for money and support, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
