The fact that UUKI is a customizable solution with web3 integrations puts it light years ahead of anything that I have ever tried. Transitions between pages and sections, the ease of use, UI, gamification, branding, and I can go on and on, makes this deal a no-brainer. **What do you dislike about Uuki?** The only thing missing in my opinion, unless I missed it, is more comprehensive document that outlines the API, customization options, metamask, and all the cool features this product has. **What problems is Uuki solving and how is that benefiting you?** I own a license to another social networking platform and implementing web3 features is very costly. You can invite people to your community with a mere email address. The best thing about having your own community as opposed to FB groups, Twitter, or IG is the fact that You OWN the DATA. You no longer have to worry about social media algorithms. If you make a post for your community the members see it. And if you want to make sure members see it you can send a community post as an email alert to make sure people see it. Unlimited members for a lifetime and community control is a no-brainer if you need and want your own space for whatever it is you do. **What do you dislike about Uuki?** There are bugs such as with sorting your posts when you attempt to do so, the sort by doesn't change and is stuck on "Recent" activity" However I'm sure that the team at uuki is working on it, and its not so much a "Dislike" as opposed to something that I've noticed. **Recommendations to others considering Uuki:** Be sure to have moderators in place to help you manage your community. **What problems is Uuki solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've built a social media account for myself, an anime, brand, and many other brands. On one channel I had so much activity on a platform, that the platform decided to pull the plug on one of the biggest accounts i've ever made from 0-64,000 people in about 3 years of work. Completely gone, all because there was an influx of activity. With your own platform, and community you don't have to worry about that. ### 5. Focus in building your community not coding, less maintenance. Give Uuki serious consideration before it's gone for good. No Community SaaS platform is perfect even Uuki but it comes close. Low risk investment. Relatively new product with plenty of potential going forward. Check out their roadmap at uuki.live What I like most is custom domain/branding with option of domain.com or sub.domain.com, in under 5 minutes for my case with Cloudflare DNS. "A Record" not required, CNAME will do and SSL enabled by default. Beats intrusive and not own by you Facebook Group. Coupled with generous private spaces, unlimited public spaces, unlimited storage and unlimited user this deal is hard to beat. **What do you dislike about Uuki?** Having live conference feature will be good, maybe integration with Jitsi Meet. **What problems is Uuki solving and how is that benefiting you?** Building a community for industry professionals, in my case security professionals instead of seeing them in various Facebook groups. ### 6. It's simple to use and even adding a custom domain was simple! Offering a simple place for me to create my business community! 1. It's super easy to add a custom domain 2. It's super easy to set everything up 3. Creating a post is intuitive 4. Adding a poll was simple enough to add 5. I liked the CSV import of an email list to invite members 6. The ability to side load code in is great! Can easily embed something like a chat widget. 7. Was very excited to see API and web hooks. Very expandable! Hook this up to KonnectzIT or Pabby Connect easily. 8. Very cool with the embeds too! 9. I like we can add our own custom SMTP for email branding **What do you dislike about Uuki?** 1. The "create post button" and the "create post modal" could be cleaned up a bit to make it look more modern. 2. The side menu could be improved visually 3. The polls need some modern visual improvements including the "modal" and the poll post. 4. There could be more ways to invite people. 5. There could be more ways to moderate the community. 6. The settings are a bit messy and hard to read just being blocks of text without any panels to separate everything. 7. Could have more "gamification" features 8. I wish the SMTP had better design and usually there is a "verified successfully sent" or email with a "confirmation link" to validate it's a correct email address. UUKI has really impressed me. I was previously using Circle and outside of the monthly fee that was not really such a big deal to me, but clearly, there are long-term benefits in having a lifetime license, its additional features, usability, and that it flat out works is what I like best. For example, the Single Sign in from Facebook, Google and Linkedin (coming) are crucial to monetize Social Media and make it easy of use, so many other features like being able to push to a Telegram bot, the general look and feel and speed. I am very happy with my purchase. This is a marketer's dream come true. I did not need to go through tons of videos or instructions to create my rooms. **What do you dislike about Uuki?** I liked that I did not have a lot of stuff to watch or read before creating my community, but now that it is up, I wish they had more instructions on how to activate features like chat and how to utiltize the private rooms. We have all heard horror stories of FB's arbitrary enforcement of rules. This allows us to build something that looks and feels like FB groups on a separate platform or embedded on a site. Having PWA features is also a nice touch. **What do you dislike about Uuki?** The UI design is ugly, especially on the backend. Not being on FB has its perks but also its challenges. We don't get the FB traffic directly, so growth would be much slower than on FB. Being a separate platform is a double-edged sword. **What problems is Uuki solving and how is that benefiting you?** Set up our membership community outside of FB, which allows for paid membership and events set up. For control freaks like myself, it is nice to have something we can embed on our own website without users leaving the site. ### 25. The only downside of it, for now, is not having the ability to translate to other languages. I know that French translation is on the roadmap, and that’s why I went ahead and bought the deal. It does the basics ok I guess, but development on Vadoo TV seems to have basically stalled despite the promise it would be a different team. **What do you dislike about Uuki?** Poor company, poor product. Don't provide what they promised on the LTD (full white label). They deny this, but they still use the term "remove branding" on their offer, and on their web site it said "white label" but you have to pay monthly/annual on top of the LTD if you want it fully white labelled. When they announced this, and people were rightly annoyed, their solution was to let people refund. A joke. And they don't listen to customers on basic issues such as how bad the name is. This matters because LTD users need them to have strong MRR and they won't get that with a name like UUKI. But their arrogance knows no bounds. They continue to compare themselves to Circle, which is a joke. Maybe one day, but not now, and not for a long time. And on top of all that, they used my name and avatar to promote the product without my permission and, even though they did remove it when I complained, they didn't even have the decency to apologise.
