**What do you like best about Users Insights?**

The plugin is easy to install, gives good visualizations of the data on the dashboard and has a few extra reports that WooCommerce Memberships does not provide.

**What do you dislike about Users Insights?**

There are no custom reports visualization tools and "custom reports" is a bit broad for what the tool actually does. Perhaps our expectation was off, however what the plugin really allows you to do is FILTER the data, not generate any kind of report. The data can be exported, but is no more robust than the stock reporting tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Users Insights:**

Make sure your data is tagged appropriately and don't expect to be able to generate custom reports on your dashboard visualization.

**What problems is Users Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to add an additional layer of reporting and visualization to our WooCommerce memberships tool. The only benefit we are getting at the moment is an easier view on the data and reports we already have.
