What do you like best about Usercentrics?

I appreciate how Usercentrics provides a unified app/web consent management platform that consolidates everything into one convenient place. The dashboard is also very intuitive and makes it easy to keep track of important data. Additionally, their customer service and account management teams are excellent—always proactive and willing to help solve issues in a short amount of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

The main challenge I’ve encountered is the limited customizability of the banner. It sometimes requires complicated workarounds or hacks to achieve certain design or layout adjustments, which can be frustrating when aiming for a seamless brand experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Usercentrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usercentrics helps by simplifying both our cookie banner production and consent policy management. This unified approach streamlines the process of creating and displaying compliant banners without needing extensive technical overhead. As a result, we spend less time on manual setup and more time focusing on other business needs. Ultimately, it helps us maintain a higher standard of compliance with less effort. What do you like best about Usercentrics?

Relatively easy to configure with GTM

Core themes look presentable.

Interface on admin panel seems clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

Support is slow, taking multiple days & weeks to respond.

Limited themes for display. No useful support for custom css.

Issues with fonts and sizes can easily occur. Limited options within the platform & support recommends overrides within site CSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Usercentrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing us to quickly have user consent up and running & keeping it updated with new cookies etc being added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
