What do you like best about Usercentrics?

Usercentrics has been a very reliable partner for Flix since the very start of our partnership. Our account managers have always been hugely helpful and our recommendations have often been considered. The product itself is very easy to set up and I love the DPS database and built-in localization, it has saved us a tremendous amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

Usercentrics offers certain migration features for configurations. In our case, it would be helpful to be able to bypass these manual migrations and instead apply DPSes to multiple configurations at once. "Good features but frustrating setup"

What do you like best about Usercentrics?

The automatic scanning does a good job picking up third party services on our site. I like that it also supports multiple languages and the automatic translations are pretty good. The presets for different regions GDPR and CCPA are useful for getting up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

I felt the documentation left a lot to be desired, it was scattered all over the place and not very helpful. Things like a "global" setup isn't well documented. I did find the setup harder than cookiebot, so if you're making the switch just be aware. I wasn't too happy with support, they were responsive, but the answers were quite generic, it felt like they just wanted us to buy the additional service for setup. Implementation inadequate: Unfortunately, Usercentrics only provides a script tag for integration, misleadingly advertising a CMP that can also be used on GoDaddy.com websites. However, this is not the case – because the GoDaddy website builder does not allow custom scripts. Therefore, I could not use Usercentrics and it was a huge waste of time to configure the CMP with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Usercentrics?

Overall I’m impressed with its functionality and ease of use. The interface is intuitive and I also appreciate the detailed reporting and analytics, which provide valuable insights into user consent behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

The main downside I’ve encountered is that the initial setup can feel a bit complex, especially for those unfamiliar with consent management platforms. While the documentation is helpful, a more guided onboarding experience could make the process smoother. I've been able to fully customise the banner and icons to match my brand.
