I really like that Paragon has a lot of integrations that users commonly use, which makes it relatable for any user or developer to work with their platforms. Paragon also allows us to have custom actions, letting us replace the native actions based on our specific use cases. This customization is great to have and helps us make the process very simple for our users. The integration capabilities with other applications are impressive, and the platform follows the principles of various API structures, making it versatile and effective in creating solutions for our end users. Once we architected a solution using Paragon's wrapper, it was a seamless and friendly experience, and we never had to touch the codebase again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the customization for the framework cannot be modified and has to be followed within their framework. If the framework changes and the end user is not updated, it can break, causing some instability. It hasn't happened much, but it is a cause of concern sometimes. There was also a learning curve to figure things out because we had to enable our end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
