What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting UseINBOX, I relied entirely on Emercury to manage all of our player emails, and the lack of isolated brand spaces created constant operational risk. I still remember the incident where I accidentally mixed audience lists and sent irrelevant beta testing notifications to the wrong community segment. We received a flood of negative feedback, many players opted out of our mailing list, and our community manager had to spend days repairing trust with our fanbase. UseINBOX directly fixes this pain point by offering independent brand environments for every game we produce. I can build dedicated subscriber groups for playtest applicants, wishlist followers and long-term newsletter readers, drastically lowering unnecessary unsubscribes. As our studio has only 27 employees and no dedicated marketing staff, I balance email outreach alongside asset workflow tracking and task coordination. Consolidating all campaigns to one platform removes the need to purchase separate email tools for each project, easing pressure on our tight production budget. Its native list cleaning functionality safeguards our sender reputation; I no longer face the risk of poor deliverability caused by outdated, invalid contact data. The campaign analytics also let me share open and click metrics with our art team, helping us refine email visuals and messaging ahead of major game trailers and launch announcements. Even though limited native integrations mean I still manually import CSV contact lists, the structured multi-brand and segmentation features have made our player communication far more reliable and organized compared to our old workflow.
