I like how UseINBOX keeps everything centralized. It makes managing email marketing campaigns and outreach easier by having everything in one place. I appreciate that it reduces manual work with automation, improving my deliverability and list quality, and giving clear performance insights to adjust campaigns quickly. The platform helps me create newsletters, send bulk emails, and set up automated sequences without much technical setup. With everything in one dashboard, I can handle campaigns, automations, and reporting seamlessly, which makes managing multiple campaigns much easier, especially at scale.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

Honestly, I would say that in the UI UX, it can feel a bit clunky. Some parts of the interface aren't as smooth as expected, especially when setting up campaigns or navigating within sections. For basic automations, it's solid. But if you're trying to build complex workflows, it's better structured compared to tools that offer deeper logic or integrations. I think the reporting also could go deeper. The core metrics are there, but more in-depth insights and breakdowns would help.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

I really value UseINBOX for its intuitive layout, reliable email tracking, strong data protection settings, and easy-to-use template system. Privacy and GDPR compliance are particularly important for our work in Germany, and UseINBOX delivers on that. The email tracking feature is great for understanding when recipients open emails, which helps us time follow-ups effectively and improve response rates. The templates save us a lot of time by ensuring consistent, professional messaging. The initial setup was simple and straightforward, allowing us to be fully operational within minutes. The interface is easy to learn, and the entire team adopted it quickly.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

There are a few areas where we see room for improvement. Deeper integration with common European CRM platforms would make contact synchronization even smoother. We would also appreciate more advanced filtering options for large volumes of emails and additional German-language email templates tailored to different business situations. First, stronger native integration with popular European CRM tools would be a big improvement. Right now we have to switch between platforms to update customer records, but automatic syncing of email history, follow-up tasks, and notes would save a lot of manual work and keep our client data consistent. Second, more advanced email automation and follow-up sequences would help us manage leads and clients more smoothly. Simple, GDPR-friendly automated reminders or multi-step workflows would let us respond faster without losing the personal touch required in German business communication.

I like the UseINBOX interface, it's crisp, clean and very easy to use.  Emails look good, reports are useful without being overwhelming, and delivery rate has been great.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

An inexpensive, simple email software without the bloat found in many of the competitors. If you just want to create emails and send them to your lists, this is a far cheaper alternative than what you'd pay for similar software.

Have sent a few emails out to multiple lists and have not had any issues with delivery.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

The UI needs some work, as it isn't as intuitive as I've seen with other email software (Mailchimp etc.). However, I can see that the team regularly makes updates and adds features, so it is something I'm willing to work around for now.

Also, I wish there were more email templates and integrations available, but again, it's only a matter of time before more are added I'm sure.

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As it is so straight-forward to use, I've had no issues importing my subscribers, creating an email using the provided templates, and sending it out.

I love the verification feature and they just started landing pages too! The support is fab and I just cannot wait to see what they will roll out next. We made a decision to leave Mailchimp after 3 years for UseINBOX!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were worried yet it was an amazing choice and we could not be happier with this platform that is much more than "just emailing..."

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

As the title states, I love that this tool allows me to use one account to handle my multiple businesses. I build saas software and have 15 different business identities with 100 more ideas planned, this  tool will help me a lot in keeping everything in one place. Another essential part of it is the API. Being able to control my account via code will allow me to instantly add newsletters from each SAAS that I build out. The product is feature-rich and I'm sure that in the future, all of these features will be built upon, allowing me to use this software as my main newsletter app for all of my projects regardless of the type of product. Some sections are easy to use, but I am most focused on the API limitations. This is a great tool for anyone who needs a newsletter for more than one business and wants to keep everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

The website definitely needs a UX overhaul. Devs, feel free to reach out to me if you want me to get on a call with you and walk through some of the improvements I'd suggest. Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement in the design as well as how things can be interacted with. Use of multiple domains for different products is a bit confusing. Landing pages don't allow custom urls leaving us with a monstrosity of a link. Templates cannot be searched. Template categories (in landing pages) are not sorted alphabetically and scattered, while template categories in newsletters have categories that don't have any templates (see IT / Technology). Submit buttons are on the top only, even if the page is long, which means you fill the items is going downwards, but to finish things up you must scroll back up to the top. Validation prevents campaigns from being sent out if the company profile is incomplete, but the validation doesn't hint at what's missing in the profile. There were a few other things I don't recall, but I'd be happy to do the onboarding with you, so you can see what I mean.

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using main-stream competitors but had an issue with maintaining accounts for other businesses I own. Some businesses have 100 subscribers, some have 2k, one has 5k. In order to check them all I have to create separate accounts for each business, log out, log in, sometimes go through the process of validating that I am who I say I am. In short, Mailchimp would not allow me to have everything in one place, useInbox solves that problem for me.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

UseINBOX is a robust email software service.  One benefit for us is that the we were able to get UseINBOX on an LTD so it is very cost effective for what we want to use it for.  Inbox has a lot of functionality for its cost and rivals many of the comparable email services.   

I'm not a software expert by any stretch of the imagination.  UseINBOX has a very easy UI for me to use.  There are step-by-step processes to create a newsletter or landing pages and an adequate level of templates.  Although we switched because of price, the functionality cannot be beat as far as I'm concerned.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

I don't have any cons currently for UseINBOX.  I do always look for additional integrations but for the value that the program currently offers, that can hardly be considered a con.

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Be able to email to and maintain a customer list.  I am in the process of increasing email marketing into my sales mix.

I tested Inbox last month along with other email marketing platforms.

While other platforms offered higher limits, Inbox was the easiest to learn. 👍

Being new to this type of service, I tested as much as possible from the contact list, sender account, forms, landing pages, and newsletters.

I sent a test newsletter, and Gmail and Yahoo immediately received it. While on Outlook, it ended in the spam folder.

The newsletter creator (Inbox Brush) is easy and fun to use! There is plenty of templates and design options. And the output is beautiful, engaging Newsletters! 😃

🏆 This is a great app and will be helpful even for beginners. And Support is reliable as they answer within a few hours. ⚡

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

Maybe the interface can be more straightforward, but I guess it's just me since I am new to Email Marketing automation. The UI/UX is actually better than the others I tested.

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Inbox, I can now perform Email Marketing at a professional level. I can have a better relationship with my customers thru engaging newsletters and email communication. I can monitor the performance of my email campaigns thru the Inbox Dashboard and make informed decisions quickly.

1. The UseINBOX platform is not in its early development stages. It is a very mature product and can handle many business use cases. The UseINBOX platform allows corporate owners to maintain all their Email Marketing, Automation, Landing Pages, Analytics, and Third-Party Integrations. The best part is that you can manage multiple brands from one single account.

2. Another significant thing we love about the UseINBOX platform is that it supports the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. It is now effortless for us to market to our global client base.

3. Behind a successful business, excellent customer service! The UseINBOX support team listeners to their customers’ feedback. We sent many questions, and all our questions were answered within 24 hrs! When it comes to customer service, I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! Please keep up this outstanding customer service!

Nothing we can think of for now. Even if we find something down the road, we are not worried about it because the team members behind this platform are very responsive and listen to their customers' feedback.

For the past couple of years, my team and I have been testing many platforms claiming to have all the functionalities my business needs, but most of them come short. I think one of the most difficult features to get in a marketing tools are:
1. Deliverability and
2. Open Rate
Inbox offers you amazing deliverability and open rate. I've tested a lot of apps, but this one is amazing.

Sometimes some plans can be costly. But I think that it is worth the money.

**Recommendations to others considering UseINBOX:**

One of the main recommendations that I can do for you is sending only the emails that you need to. I mean, if you want to create a newsletter, you have to work on it and send each week or each two weeks. 
One of the worst practices in email marketing is send only emails for selling. This habit is a bad practice and it can be seriously received by Google, Outlook or Yahoo. So be careful.
With this I understand that Useinbox will provide you the way but you have to take care of your own business.

I had the problem of optimization in other email marketing tools. UseInbox doesn't have this problem. You can always send emails to your subscribers. On the other hand, you can be sure that you'll have a good experience in terms of deliverability and open rate. It's an amazing, amazing tool.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

Until inbox, I had never seen an email marketing platform that allowed you to brand and send emails as different companies all under one account. This makes inbox stand out amongst its competitors. Inbox is easy to navigate with a clean interface which leads to a smooth user experience. The drag/drop editor is great, and they have well-designed templates to get you going. Mobile-friendly output is no issue with the HTML editor. Landing pages or signup forms are handled beautifully within Inbox. Most importantly, deliverability has been on point. You can see how your campaigns are doing by viewing the dashboard to review your stats/data quickly.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

No team login. You have to share your creditials so team members can access your account.

There is no longer a need to have multiple marketing email service accounts. I am now managing the email marketing of multiple brands under one roof. Inbox makes things easy and saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

Inbox is a service that caters to my small business needs and at a price point that does not pinch.

The no-code interface for me to create HTML newsletters/emails is a boon considering that being a small business we do not have an in-house tech person. I just need to spend a few minutes to spin an email for me to distribute.

I also love the fact that I can create landing pages to provide additional information to my clients on a single page and convert them from within that page. I usually had to create pages on my website to do that.

The support and development team in Inbox is constantly thinking about end-users and is coming up with user experience enhancements. 

I personally love Inbox for my requirements and would not consider moving to any other platform for my email marketing needs.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

I have found Inbox to fulfil all my requirements. Maybe I do not yet use it for advanced use cases as others do but, for now, I am completely smitten and content with Inbox. Kudos to the team!

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like mentioned earlier, the landing pages option is a boon. I am not depending on my website developer to create information pages for the offers we roll out and am able to spin a landing page right on Inbox with minimum effort. 
This has greatly reduced my turnaround time and cost.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

- When we looked at INBOX, it was because we were nudging limits on Mailchimp and though it's a great tool, it's also an expensive one. The path from free to paid is a steep one - INBOX was $22, Mailchimp $85 for 2,500 contacts at time of writing.
- INBOX is pretty powerful, and we don't need much in the way of heavy automation, though that's there if you need it.
- For me personally, it's good to be able to work with multiple domains.
- Like Mailchimp, the limits are based on the number of emails you hold, but with no sending limits. If you communicate a lot, then it's a better option.
- Set up was simple, and especially good in terms of DKIM, SPF etc. 
- I like the HTML editor way more than others I've used, including Mailchimp and Sendy.
- I only contacted support the one time, but they were back to me pretty quickly.
- I like the reports they generate.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

There were bugs early on which I found workarounds for, they may now be sorted:
- There was a bug importing data into custom fields where that field is empty - I just put a blank space in which resolved the import issue but I expect it's now fixed.
- Notification emails and general "it's now been sent" type messaging isn't great. With Mailchimp it's way clearer what's happening and when.
- They took a while to approve my first mail - so plan for this.
- It doesn't support tagging (in the Mailchimp sense of tagging). Nor do most other Mailchimp competitors, though.
- If you have bigger lists but small email volumes overall, there may be other cost-effective alternatives out there like SendInBlue.

Small lists, big volumes of email - go for it.

Not having to pay Mailchimp fees to send emails to small to medium sized lists, and from multiple domains. Easier email design. Saved time and money.

You get a great bang for the buck for your email marketing dollars. I highly recommend Inbox for a company that needs a smart and affordable solution to their email marketing. Our team was looking for an easy-to-use, reliable email marketing software and we couldn't be happier with what we found. I love how it's automated, user-friendly, and the rates are great. Inbox is the best thing out there right now!

The platform needs to add more integrations, such as Konnectzit. It would be great if they continue adding more email design templates.

Inbox is integral to customer retention through regular and professional communications. Customer engagement is very important to my business. Email is a great tool to help me do this. Customers are more likely to be engaged and return for more when I use email to connect with them.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

This is one of the email platforms I use daily, it is super easy and simple to use. It has all the features you would ever need for your email marketing campaigns. What I like about it is simplicity, UX is thoughtfully placed and intuitive. The other thing I like is automations, which help me with automating my email strategy and makes my life so much easier! There are quite a few options available for Triggers and Actions, like if someone joins the list do the following, etc. Makes it very easy for me to manage my user emails and keep them updated. Also, detailed analytics give me a good overall picture of how my campaigns are going and if there are areas that need my attention. It is my goto platform for email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

One thing that I dislike is the Form builder, needs improvement in that area. UI has some room for improvement as it seems a bit dated and hard to setup. Other than that, no complains.

**Recommendations to others considering UseINBOX:**

Overall it is a good platform for sending emails and works without issues. Support is good and quick to respond. If you are looking for an email marketing platform, I would recommend you should definitely try UseINBOX, you won't go wrong!

I save a lot of time using the platform because it is simple and not at all time-consuming. I can quickly set up email campaigns and also email automation with the drag and drop automation interface. I am able to manage my customer email and keep them up to date on automation. The email deliverability is good and as expected. Analytics give me a good idea of my overall campaigns.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

It offers a lot of services. I can create a Newsletter, form, push notification and so much more. I also like automation which is in "beta" for now but it works. Instead of paying a lot of money for other tools, I can easily manage a whole campaign in it. I really like automation. It's so powerful. Open, clicks, anniversary, tag, specific date etc.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

UX and UI could be so much better. It's super easy to navigate but it's a bit outdated. Also, it could have better analytics. The other thing is native integration. It does not offer much. I'm mainly missing and eCom integration as we have 4 online stores. We can use API but it requires a bit of coding which takes time. It's much better to have a native integration which you can easily set up and forget.

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, we use it for Newsletters and automate our flow to let our subscribers know about upcoming news and sales. Sometimes we use a form to collect more leads. We would normally use it more but I'm missing deeper analytics. As I said above. The best is automation. We build up our flow and let it work by itself. Deliverability is also a big plus. Some other competitors struggle to deliver Newsletters well and it lands in a spam folder.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

As a small business owner, I manage 3 websites and having them all in one place makes it easy for my wife and I. We started using UseInbox because we had separate EDM accounts for each of our businesses and wanted to put everything in one place. Also, it is reasonably priced compared to some others we have used like MailChimp, SendInBlue, MailerLite, YMLP to name a few.

The one thing that was not a feature but more from using it is the tech support as they have been really helpful. We had issues when we changed from shared hosting to Google Workspace and they gave us custom txt records to help us migrate.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

No separate logins at this stage for each brand account (all mixed together) when you log in.
The website feels a little slow at times to navigate around.

**What problems is UseINBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everyone in one place has been a big help in keeping everything organised. My wife and I can view all our EDM reports together in one place. Plus when we looked at their automation workflows we get ideas for each other companies to integrate. Previously having separate EDM software would have different features but now we can collaborate easier when talking about EDM automation and strategy.

Inbox has almost everything you could want for your email marketing needs. Now, rather than having multiple services for sending, newsletters, automation, landing pages - it's an all-in-one suite!

And their customer service rocks, they're always updating and upgrading their services.

Highly recommended if you're looking for an email marketing service!

Oh, and their pricing is very competitive too!

Honestly up to this point, there isn't much I dislike. 

I'm installing it on two of my websites now, with one taking over for another (more popular) service, because Inbox has impressed me that much.

The all-in-one platform makes life easy. And now with their new newsletters, it makes my life so much easier since I can now do that in the same place.

And the automation are amazing - honestly, if you don't have an email service with automation you really should, it makes your life so much easier.

**What do you like best about UseINBOX?**

Really Like How Easy It Is to Learn.  I watched the 5 minute video which helped a lot.   All email programs seem to have their own style, but once I understood all the basics I found it very easy to use. I really like all the templates (over 100) because I don't really enjoy making emails from scratch - which you can do and you can also upload your own html code.  I also like I can send from multiple users.  So far I really like the program mainly because it's pretty simple.  My pet peeve with email programs is when I get lost or can't find things.  So far, so good with this InBox. After several emails the open rate was close to 45%.  I'm sure that may go down over time, but so far so good.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

I have to test each sender email to make sure that my emails don't go into spam.  That may be more on our end, though.  One work email works flawlessly; the other has a tendency to go into spam.  But with InBOX both seemed to work which is a bonus!

**Recommendations to others considering UseINBOX:**

I really like this email program.  I would try it with a smaller commitment to get a feel for it and see if it's something you want to use for your business. We will most likely be upgrading to more names.

It's saving us money vs the 'big boys' and Covid has impacted our business so every dollar counts.

I come from sendy, which is software I am very comfortable with.
The only difficulty is that I always have to manually update the software and it doesn't have a block html editor.
Then the initial configuration is not the simplest.
So I'm always looking for a functional and economical alternative.
I am testing inbox and find it very convenient and am considering doing the switch.
I can do the same things, only in a much more comfortable way.
If the delivery rate is good I will keep it forever.

The biggest flaw is that it is young and not as widespread as other services, so if you want to integrate into the platforms you usually use, you have to work a little, or use zapier.

We have integrated it with Woocommerce and Typeform and its super easy.

Automations can be better. Though it suffices our need, we need more integrations. Team features also need improvement.

Their verification tool for emails are fantastic. It an extra fee but it has helped clean up some of my old lists. The service is simplistic in a good way. Mailchimp and others can easily confuse a sales rep trying to do their own individual campaigns. Inbox can't really confuse you in making your newsletters. You wont need training, classes, or an on staff expert to understand the service.

I wish I could drive down deeper into data. I love data that is the only reason why. The data they do provide is good but I would like to see all clicks on a contact not just the first url they clicked on for that campaign.

The VERY IMPORTANT THING is that you’ll get high deliverability. I’ve tested a lot of times, and all the times my email arrived in inbox, never to spam or promotion in Gmail and least but not less you’ll find that your score in mail-tester.com is always 10/10, which is highly recommended when you’re sending email marketing.

- The price is reasonable for what you can do with it. If your goal is to send regular emails to your list without any crazy automations then INBOX will do the job for you efficiently. Perhaps if you get their PRO version, you can automate most of the tasks.
- The platform is straightforward and easy-to-use. You won't need any special training to be able to use it effectively on your own. But even if you need some help, they have tutorials and expert staff ready to assist you.
- The Newsletter builder is nice and convenient. You can easily create beautiful emails that will convert.

**What do you dislike about UseINBOX?**

At first, I had issues when logging into my account, but their support fixed that.

Since I'm on the Plus plan, a limiting functionality for me has been the lack of email automation. But this can be fixed if you upgrade to their PRO plan.
Another thing is the sending speed - "PRO" accounts send faster than "Plus" ones.

Finally, the last thing that I dislike is that their platform has been separated into different sections/apps, which are hosted on other domains. The color in the header section changes when you land on them so I think they can work on improving this part of their UX.

Sending newsletters to affiliates mostly. The emails are non-transactional (mostly about news, changes and affiliate promos that we run)

I love the Newsletter builder! It's so simple to use and builds beautiful, very professional emails. We've had a lot of great feedback on our newsletters. 
People were surprised that a small startup like ours already has such polished-looking marketing. :)
The newsletter templates that INBOX provides are very helpful to get started. 
I also like that the newsletters built with the tool are responsive and thus adjust to a mobile format if people view the email on their phone. That is SO important these days!
The tutorial videos make it much easier to find your way around when you first start using INBOX.
Overall, I'm a big fan!

It would be nice to have the option of creating several "agent" logins for the same account. I want to be able to give some of my team members access so they can work on some Newsletter designs or the like, but at the same time don't want to hand over my "master" login credentials.

You don't need to code or have any design skills to create beautiful campaigns from scratch. This drag-and-drop based platform is also GDPR and CASL compliant. You can use INBOX more effectively with the increasing number of integrations.

Automatic import from Mail chimp did not work for me. I had to import using a document.
I did not see where all the assets are stored if they are.

Great prices and an easy to use platform Inbox.

I recommend it to beginners, but even if you scale, they can do it with you. An inbox is a tool that allows you to create and launch an email campaign. 

It has a good user interface, you can create templates for emails and follow-up campaigns to easily send emails to your subscribers automatically. 

It also has a good reporting section where you can see how your emails are performing at different stages of your campaign. Including automation and good customer support. 

Also, the email builder is one of the easiest I have tried.

I like the UI/UX of UseInbox easy to navigate around the app. Email design-builder is really good simple to use even for people with less technical knowledge.
The best part is unlimited sending to your contacts.

I would like more integrations on the platform, integrations play a major role when you run a campaign.

Easy to use no complex workflow and sending unlimited emails to subscribers is really good saves a lot of money comparing to other services which charge per email.

Create newsletters
Send A/B split campaigns
Download the reports
Design landing pages and forms
Set up some automation workflows (from a blank page or from a template)
Create a website with an event calendar and send automated emails to the people interested.

The UI could be updated and more user-friendly.
I'd like to see more integrations.

I currently don't like the fact that when creating a campaign I experience some UI issues. Although I think it has to do with my adblocker software that I am using.
