"Valuable Email Tool!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

Clean, intuitive interface. Can have the same contact on multiple lists, without being charged separately for each contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

For each email you put together, you can only save by the subject line. In some cases, we are sending out multiple emails in a short campaign, it would be great to be able to also to have a separate, more intuitive internal name for each email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brilliant newsletter feature and easy to use."
4.5/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

INBOX is a great tool overall. The UI is quite good and simple to navigate, and the analytics is comprehensive. I'm Excited about webhooks and other automation. The VERY IMPORTANT THING is that you’ll get high deliverability. I’ve tested a lot of times, and all the times my email arrived in inbox, never to spam or promotion in Gmail and least but not less you’ll find that your score in mail-tester.com is always 10/10, which is highly recommended when you’re sending email marketing. What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

I would like to have more automation and integration features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailchimp Replacement!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

The thing that i really like about Inbox is that i can have several brands in the same account and that is a time saver, i no longer have to log out and log in to another email account. I have replaced Mailchimp for Inbox and this has been the best decision in terms of money and peace of mind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

The user interface could be really improved, this kind of interface was fine years ago, but nowadays there are more visually aesthetic and user-friendly interfaces. They should really consider a facelift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Easy-to-Use Emailing Software That Does The Job"
4/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

- The price is reasonable for what you can do with it. If your goal is to send regular emails to your list without any crazy automations then INBOX will do the job for you efficiently. Perhaps if you get their PRO version, you can automate most of the tasks.

- The platform is straightforward and easy-to-use. You won't need any special training to be able to use it effectively on your own. But even if you need some help, they have tutorials and expert staff ready to assist you.

- The Newsletter builder is nice and convenient. You can easily create beautiful emails that will convert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

At first, I had issues when logging into my account, but their support fixed that.

Since I'm on the Plus plan, a limiting functionality for me has been the lack of email automation. But this can be fixed if you upgrade to their PRO plan.

Another thing is the sending speed - "PRO" accounts send faster than "Plus" ones.

Finally, the last thing that I dislike is that their platform has been separated into different sections/apps, which are hosted on other domains. The color in the header section changes when you land on them so I think they can work on improving this part of their UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for email marketing!"
5/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

The UI is very modern and straightforward. It makes the software very easy to use. I love the Newsletter builder! It's so simple to use and builds beautiful, very professional emails. We've had a lot of great feedback on our newsletters. People were surprised that a small startup like ours already has such polished-looking marketing. :) The newsletter templates that INBOX provides are very helpful to get started. I also like that the newsletters built with the tool are responsive and thus adjust to a mobile format if people view the email on their phone. That is SO important these days! The tutorial videos make it much easier to find your way around when you first start using INBOX. Overall, I'm a big fan! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

It would be nice to have the option of creating several "agent" logins for the same account. I want to be able to give some of my team members access so they can work on some Newsletter designs or the like, but at the same time don't want to hand over my "master" login credentials. "My email marketing results have grown substantially"
5/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

I love how easy it is to design a landing page or a newsletter and launch email campaigns in a few seconds. The interface is easy to navigate and work with, even for a beginner like myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

I wouldn’t dislike anything at the moment; if I were to ask for anything else, it would be having white-label (no UseInbox branding) in my email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-effective all-in-one solution for newsletter campaigns"
1.5/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

I run a small business and I need to find a way to keep my customers up to date with our latest products and offers all year round. When I started I was using Mailchimp but it was expensive, slow, and difficult to use. So I was on the lookout for something else and came across Inbox. Inbox lets me create and send personalized marketing emails and newsletters to my list of website subscribers and customers. It is a cost-effective solution that does not compromise on features and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

I'd like to see more integrations, for example with Optinly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how it makes us able to do the Newsletters without any effort. This has already made our company money by adding this as part of our tech stack! Easy to use and creates great looking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

At first, the UI is a bit different and it took me awhile to get used to it, but after I understood how they think and how they designed the system, everything just worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This could be the next Klaviyo competitor if it continues with updates!"
4/5
What do you like best about UseINBOX?

I've been really happy with the new features they continue to roll out and look forward to having this available for years to come. The best part is how full-featured the tool is for automations and pathing - love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UseINBOX?

Nothing glaring at the moment - maybe a more 2022-ish looking interface? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
