I was under the impression that I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued, which I only noticed recently when reviewing my bank statement. I’ve since tried reaching out to customer support multiple times without success. As a result, I now feel like my only option is to address this issue publicly, as they have not responded to my emails or chatbot inquiries. It’s really disappointing because I would have preferred not to have to voice these concerns in public, but the poor platform experience and lack of customer support have left me with no choice. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** The non existent customer service was what I disliked the most.
