This application process works like a black hole and prevents very qualified and enthusiastic candidates from applying. Searching can be a little challenging at times. I am not sure if it is the site that causes the issue, or if it is the individual agencies that cause the issue. When searching using keywords, such as "Law enforcement" you don't always get the jobs you're looking for. I seem to get a lot of jobs that will come through that mention "works with law enforcement" somewhere in the description and this muddies my search results.
