Upduo had an enormous impact over the years; the number and quality of sessions (20,000 on-demand peer-to-peer coaching sessions per month) highlight their ability to support a large workforce, as well as its success in creating significant impactful learning experiences at scale. Upduo's peer-to-peer coaching model is a perfect match for our team culture that allows personalization of learning experience with impact and measurability. This has led to more cohesive teams that foster open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and an environment where everyone feels supported. No matter the need, the customer service team of Upduo always assists promptly and efficiently. That support has really played a big role in successfully integrating and using this platform on an ongoing basis so that there are not any obstacles whatsoever. I strongly recommend Upduo to any company wanting to create impactful and engaging learning experiences for their employees. **What do you dislike about Upduo?** Overall I don't have anything negative to say about Upduo. There are always new features I recommend to them and they are receptive to the feedback. They work them into their roadmap and make sure they keep improving their already great product. I'm excited AI integrations that have recently rolled out. I don’t have anything bad to say about Upduo. I constantly point them towards new functionalities, and they work them into their roadmap to improve their already great product. I'm excited about the recent new AI features for building content and assessing sessions. **What problems is Upduo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upduo helps us tackle the biggest challenges in training and development like keeping employees engaged and being able to do one-on-one training for any size team. Upduo’s method allows our employees to engage with each other on the topic with prompted questions and scenarios, share best practices and learn from each other. Our team members are more engaged and have a stronger sense of company culture--they no longer just know the handful of employees in their store or district, but also connect with teammates who might be on the other side of the country. ### 2. The partnership in the implementation to my team was stellar. **What do you dislike about Upduo?** Honestly, there were no dislikes that we experienced. The challenges we experienced during the deployment were mostly root caused by my organization. Upduo support was with us step by step throughout the whole process. **What problems is Upduo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upduo is a refreshing solution addressing the need for remote peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and learning. To quickly and consistently deploy product knowledge, coach sales techniques, and share best practices Upduo is a one-stop shop. The dashboard helps with goal setting and confirmation of learning. Also, the analytics that can be drawn from Upduo are tied to performance metrics that are critical to business success. In the Retail space, parody and consistency provide the best customer experience as well as ensure that every team member is aligned with what is important to the business. ### 3. In my experience it's easy to implement, easy to use and produces the results company's are looking for. **What problems is Upduo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upduo speeds the adoption of programs that vare already in place and/or new products and services that are lauinching.
