I must say I have many complaints. The limited range of features and integration points is not impressive. Occasionally it is a bit difficult to grasp all the services provided through the merchant portal. **What do you dislike about Upclick?** The platform is unreliable and unstable because the initial website design seem basic. It does not worth investing time to understand all its functionalities. One of my concerns with Upclick is their lack of transparency regarding advertising. **What problems is Upclick solving and how is that benefiting you?** They often fail to mention fees and charges. The reporting features are helpful bit they are overwhelming and difficult to navigate at times. The platform needs to benefit from customization options to better tailor the user experience according to specific business needs. ### 2. There is a learning curve it does not worth the effort to master all the features and integration points. I have a question my account manager is not quick to respond and provides answers. **What do you dislike about Upclick?** In terms of areas for improvement Upclick needs to be more transparent about their solutions for solving pain points. Their reporting features useful they have limited customization options. Feel restrictive at times. **What problems is Upclick solving and how is that benefiting you?** The optimization process is time consuming. Requires monitoring. There needs communication, about limitations and problems users encounter when dealing with customers in different local currencies. Upclick is unable to solve the problem of payment processing by providing a worst system. ### 3. Ability to easily test and optimize payment flows (A/B checkout flows + designs) and built-in reporting are great time savers for lean teams that don't have dedicated resources for this. Willingness to work on custom requirements and give personalized advice are second to none. **What do you dislike about Upclick?** There are many features on the service, and integration points. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult understanding all the different services using the merchant portal. We had to work with our rep to find all the solutions and integrate them. **Recommendations to others considering Upclick:** Be candid with your current processing pain points, they are very knowledgeable about the space and most of the time already have a solution for those issues, even if it is not advertised. **What problems is Upclick solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a lean team and being able to offload our payment and licensing systems is a great value. We depend on Upclick's team to manage all security, testing and reporting of our product payments. Integration of currencies and dynamic pricing on our website was a straightforward process. ### 9. Whenever I have a question I get it answered by my account manager within a couple of hours. **What problems is Upclick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Upclick, I had no way of knowing why certain things were selling more than others. Plus, it's easy to test and optimize my flows so I know I'm getting the best possible click-through. If I do need a designers help, there's no additional fee and I normally see results within a matter of hours. We like what we see and the results speak for themselves, I spent a while looking for a platform that does everything and Upclick delivers. Once we had completed the application we were up and running quickly and we hadn't seen better stats elsewhere. Give them a try.
