It’s strengths lie in reusable/sharable content blocks which can be utilized across a family of websites, asset scheduling & versioning built in (web sites can be scheduled to update automatically over time), Cloud IDE, scalability (all sites are hosted in the cloud and devops is handled for you), and ease of use for creative & marketing people.

Fully-Managed Hosting Platform with the custom framework but still following the basics of web designing.

If you want to learn, fail fast, design, and re-create you can take a quick walk-through on unroole.
There will be a bit of struggle but if you want custom solutions to set up unique websites you can give this a shot.
