The app performances will on the desktop but I still have to get used to the mobile app. The pricing is VERY competitive for the market compared to all the functions and Ai integrations. Support has been great. Pay for the Slack support; it's worth it! **What do you dislike about unLocked CRM?** Like any app, it’s not perfect, and I’m not a fan of the texting part. On the computer it just looks a bit weird, since we normally text exclusively on a handheld device, but it’s no biggie overall. **What problems is unLocked CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unlocked eliminates the need to jump between multiple carriers and agent portals just to get a quote, and it streamlines how I send quotes to clients. Now I can review almost every carrier in one place and email quotes out in seconds. ### 2. Between the AI and the automation, it really seems like the usual overhead and setup barrier that comes with most CRMs basically disappears. **What do you dislike about unLocked CRM?** It’s genuinely hard to find anything to dislike. The support is excellent, and everything I need to run my business is right there in one place. **What problems is unLocked CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the automation for outreach and the overall simplicity of the product, I’m able to fill my pipeline so that when I get on the phone with a client, they’re qualified and genuinely interested—curious and ready to talk with me. ### 3.
