Input client details by text, voice, uploaded PDF, or a photo of an existing policy and get side-by-side carrier comparisons in under two minutes. E-Applications. Submit applications directly from the CRM to 100+ life carriers and Medicare Supplement carriers, with built-in e-signature, so quote-to-submission happens without leaving the platform. Commission+. Ingests statements from 332 carrier feeds, reconciles expected versus received, flags missing payments, and calculates payroll across multi-level hierarchies with split and override tracking. Agency and IMO/FMO Management. Downline hierarchy, per-agent production and activity tracking, recruiting pipelines, book-of-business views, and compliance auditing for principals managing distributed teams. Purpose-Built AI Tools. Autonomous outbound calling with objection handling (Agent AI), a 24/7 inbound AI receptionist, underwriting pre-qualification, policy replacement analysis, lead scoring, and recruiting automation. Open AI Access via MCP. A secure MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or custom AI tools to your CRM with scoped permissions and approved actions, so teams can build on their own data. Insurance-Native Operations. Pre-configured pipelines, 463 ready-to-deploy templates, license and appointment management, and TCPA-compliant SMS and email marketing with AI send-time optimization. unLocked replaces the carrier portals, quoting tools, commission spreadsheets, and general-purpose CRMs that most insurance teams run separately today.
