I also love the Zapier integration as it's a huge plus, and the data on attendees after webinars is useful. **What do you dislike about Univid?** Speaking of Zapier, there isn't too many actions yet. I liked the fact that there were a lot of cool/useful functions available as well! **What do you dislike about Univid?** We noted that we were not able to design the background in the exact way of how we wanted to, due to one of the themes in the plattoform and we also noted that the stream did not work as good on Android as on other platforms (as a listener to the webinar). We use it both for current customers where we showcase new features and as a lead magnet for new customers. **What do you dislike about Univid?** In the beginning, when we first started using Univid, there was a time lag of around 5-10 seconds from when it was recorded to when it was received by the audience. This created problems with live interaction when we did polls, for example. Now they have reduced it to less than 2 seconds, so I would say that the problem is solved. **What problems is Univid solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to communicate all the work/updates/new features in our platform with the possibility for our clients to ask questions and get answers immediately. The design options are great as well!
