Unite Us is easy to use and straightforward. Aside from it being a useful tool for us to keep track of our clients needs, it also assists in streamlining the referral process. This makes the responsibilities of our day to day more efficient and effective. I use the platform on a daily basis with such ease. It is also very helpful for tracking purposes when we have to submit our interactions to our higher ups with clients. I use our calendar to reference how many appointments we've had and in turn use the platform for the details of the interactions for it to be more precise.
