**What do you like best about Unison?**

Simple interface, is streamlined, allows you to implement a paperless process, is efficient, easily executed, allows for a variety of evaluation criteria when doing batches.

**What do you dislike about Unison?**

the functionalities and product offerings are not as adept as they could be to be a huge benefit for clients. If you don't have a lot of experience this is not an intuitive software.

**What problems is Unison solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unison was the primary software used when our organization was smaller and it was used by one individual at a time. Buying extra licenses for multiple users began costly so only a few licences could be purchased and limits placed on use. It was decent enough and was able to do our accounts payable invoicing well.
