They have live support, and although it starts with an AI, if you ask for a human, you're immediately in touch with someone knowledgeable. They help immediately, which is very important. Also, the platform is actually very simple, and it just works. The initial setup was super easy, probably one of the easiest of all the products I use, taking just a couple of minutes. **What do you dislike about Unipile?** The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is that right now, I don't see the logs. We had an issue where we were using an endpoint that was taking actions in Instagram, and I didn't really realize that was the reason why we were getting disconnected. So, yeah, if I would have access to the logs, that would be great. Now we need to do the logs on our side, but yeah, would be great if that's on their side as well. **What problems is Unipile solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Unipile to monitor all messaging channels and automate outreach. It solves the problem of lacking APIs and high costs, allowing AI to analyze chats, suggest messages, and guide outreach timing. ### 2. It is sometimes a bit inconvenient having an extra layer of security. The complexity of the messaging system is another aspect of inconveniency. There is room for improvement in the desktop applications user experience. **What do you dislike about Unipile?** Unipile falls short when it comes to compatibility with file types such as Microsoft Word documents or image files. Setting up messaging is also difficult, especially when connecting to a network. It is better in helping users stay on track with their tasks. **What problems is Unipile solving and how is that benefiting you?** This increases the issue of disorganization by providing a useless tool. It obstructs our business by complicating our processes and decrease efficiency. To handle and retrieve our files and documents degrade the way we work. It occasionally causes inconveniences I see it as an aspect because it fosters trust. The user experience of the desktop application needs to be improved. I have encountered many issues with it and I find it highly inconvenient not to have all my messaging needs, in one place. **What do you dislike about Unipile?** There is room for improvement in the UI I genuinely dislike all the features that this app provides. Throughout my usage of Unipile, I faced many problems and occasional complaints related to missing.NET libs. I often feel frustrated by the support for file types in the Unipiles messaging system. **What problems is Unipile solving and how is that benefiting you?** It becomes quite inconvenient when I send or receive files like Microsoft Word documents or image files.
