What do you like best about UnderDefense MAXI?

The biggest win for me was getting actual control over our security alerts. Before the guys from UD stepped in, we were getting bombarded with alerts from all our security tools. Their team cleaned up our configurations and got the noise under control within the first week. Now when we get an alert, we know it's something worth looking into.

The platform itself is straightforward - it pulls in data from all our existing security tools, so we didn't have to rip and replace anything. Their SOC team is responsive and knows their stuff. When they escalate something, they include the context we need to understand the issue quickly. We're not wasting time piecing together what happened from different systems anymore.
