**What do you like best about Uncap?**

They are very knowledgeable and get things done. I am always confident that things will be taken care of when we retain their services.  We've had no downtime or other snafus - things are thoroughly tested.

**What do you dislike about Uncap?**

We haven't really experienced any downside to using Uncap. Good website development can be pricey and takes time but is a worthwhile investment.

**Recommendations to others considering Uncap:**

Give thought to what you are hoping to achieve with your website in terms of revenue and aesthetic considerations. A good plan will help them deliver the results you are looking for.

**What problems is Uncap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just completed our third major Shopify project with Uncap. All three have gone very well - great advice, on-time, and on-budget.  They have helped us in so many areas including theme development, choice of additional apps, and overall expertise in all things Shopify.
