Unbusy Reviews & Product Details

Unbusy is a Hebrew-first CRM and lead-process platform for Israeli businesses that generate leads through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It brings the campaign source, customer conversation, qualification details, lead status, owner and next action into one clear sales process. Businesses start with one lead source and one journey, which is mapped, configured and tested end to end before additional sources or processes are added. Automation handles defined, repeatable follow-up actions while the team retains control over commercial decisions and exceptions. Unbusy helps sales and service teams respond consistently, reduce missed inquiries and move every lead toward a clear next step.
