**What do you like best about Unblu?**

Unblu is especially good at enabling clients’ communication to be safe and legal. This is particularly true when it comes to starting co-browsing sessions it does not require much effort. This is because such a system encourages teamwork and ensures that customer loyalty is cultivated and maintained.

**What do you dislike about Unblu?**

Unblu’s file sharing feature is inconvenient. Handling large scanned financial documents for uploading and downloading uses time and is not very smooth. Small file size limitations mean that I have to divide files into smaller sections, which introduces additional steps and slows down the process.

**What problems is Unblu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unblu makes it easy for me to safely chat with my financial clients. Co-browsing helps me to guide them through the complex procedures to avoid misunderstanding and make fewer mistakes. The limitation of file sharing has made it very hard to effectively work on tasks that involve a lot of document sharing.

**What do you like best about Unblu?**

Unblu distinguishes out due to its simple setup and seamless integration. What I value the most is its safe co-browsing feature, which allows agents to navigate online pages alongside customers. It stays efficient and successful thanks to responsive asistance and regular updates. It's a wonderful way to improve customer interactions.

**What do you dislike about Unblu?**

Unblu performs admirably overall, but the interface can feel cluttered at times. Furthemore, uploading and downloading huge files can be time- consuming and unreliable.

**What problems is Unblu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Unblu, you may track sales and even try to increase their worth, but this requires user evaluation. It is transformed our customer service by providing real-time chat, video and co-browsing capabilities. These tools have sped up issue resolution and tailored our interactions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and team productivity.

The easy to use interface and the fact that it is a one stop solution for so many things.

**What do you dislike about Unblu?**

Too vast, But the instructions and the arrangements are clear so no issues.

The fact that it allows us to directly connect with our clients is amazong, Alaways wanted a go to live chat connect and it solves it.
If i was the client I would love to surf through a business who has a live chat.

The best thing I like about Unblu is its secure co-browsing capability, allowing agents to navigate web pages with customers in real-time for effective, personalized assistance.

There are certain features that are complex that require significant amount of training and adaptation. If someone is technically sound and understand complex methodologies, they will love Unblu.

**What do you like best about Unblu?**

I've used Unblu for a while and it is time of to recognize it is a great software, but still needs adjustments to be perfect. I like the screen size so I can clearly see what the client is saying and what I'm typing, it is great that we can send files through the chat and the integration with Salesforce worked fine. It is also very easy to find the main actions, such as initiating a voice call and co-browse session.

**What do you dislike about Unblu?**

They could be better on notifications. There were times that I only got a notification of an incoming chat after the client has been on a 20 minute wait, which doesn't make a lot of sense. Additionally, co-browsing was not the best, since the quality of the screen sharing was not so good, depending on the page the customer was on, we could not see the website on the same layout, bringing difficulties to understand what they were doing, so I had to jump to Zoom to see everything they were doing in detail.

Unblu helped facilitate the communication between support and the customers, but not all features worked perfectly as expected.

**What do you like best about Unblu?**

Like many young companies, Unblu is good at partnering with their customers (including us) to develop their product and its integrations. Their implementation team was responsive and communicative.

**What do you dislike about Unblu?**

It's an immature product and we had to work closely with them to build out its integrations with our other systems. Like any other true cobrowse it's technically complex to implement. Having good integrations with CRM or other engagement systems would be a big plus.

**What problems is Unblu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cobrowse; screen sharing and live chat for support and implementation team functions. Cobrowse can be more powerful than a phone call but at the same time less convenient to set up; so it can be a wash.

The value of the sales can be viewed and exported by using various field cannot the exported and viewed it is  very bad experience for the users and admins. If it is verified
