**What do you like best about Udext?**

What I like best about Udext is how easy it is to use and navigate. The broadcast messaging features are effective and reliable, and the admin side is straightforward for setting up new users and managing accounts. We use it for our attendance line, and it has worked great for our needs. Overall, it's a user-friendly platform that helps us communicate efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

I currently don't have any dislikes. Anything we thought was missing from the platform has been able to be added quickly and efficiently through communication with Jay.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udext has helped solve several communication challenges for our organization by providing a centralized and reliable way to connect with employees. One of the biggest benefits has been streamlining our attendance line process, making it easier to receive and manage employee attendance notifications. The platform also gives us visibility into communication between managers and employees, helping ensure important information is communicated effectively and consistently.

In addition, Udext has helped bridge communication gaps across our workforce by allowing us to quickly reach employees with important updates, such as open enrollment information, weather-related notifications, and other time-sensitive announcements. The ability to send broadcast messages ensures that employees receive critical information promptly, improving engagement and reducing miscommunication. Overall, Udext has made our communication processes more efficient, organized, and dependable.

**What do you like best about Udext?**

Udext is extremely user friendly! We use this software for employee communication for Emergency Preparedness, primarily, however our Marketing department has also found a great use for it as another avenue to keep out employees engaged and in the know.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

Nothing. The platform is very easy to use and having the ability to utilize on a desktop or my mobile device is fantastic.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udext helps us communicate with our entire organization at the push of a button. The ease of use makes this communication effortless and precise. Further, the two-way communication capability is phenomenal when we need feedback in real time.

**What do you like best about Udext?**

Udext has made mass texting much more accessible across our company. As our headcount has grown, this tool has become increasingly necessary, and it’s significantly improved communication as we continue to scale.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

We had a bit of a learning curve figuring out how to use the system’s filtering in a company structured like ours. With multiple businesses, locations, and different teams and departments within those groups, narrowing the filters down to the exact audience we wanted to text took some initial trial and error.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass communication has become much easier with Udext. While an email can easily get lost in people’s crowded inboxes, a quick text helps ensure the message is received promptly and clearly across our different teams.

**What do you like best about Udext?**

I really appreciate how Udext handles team communication by broadcasting to several departments efficiently. When team members respond, it does not flood everyone with replies but instead routes them back to the main account. This feature simplifies the communication process on our end. I also like the fun aspect of being able to include giffs in broadcasts, making the messaging more engaging. Additionally, the initial setup of Udext was very easy, which was great for getting things started quickly.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

Some team members don't get the text messages.

Udext helps me communicate with multiple departments and ensures responses go directly to the main account, avoiding unnecessary replies to all users.

Great platform—easy to use, efficient, and well-designed. It makes the process straightforward and saves time. Would definitely recommend.

It gives a limit to the characters you can use - but the work around is to create a link to your full message.

Udext is solving the communication gap between companies and frontline employees who don’t sit at desks or regularly check email. Traditional tools like email or apps often go unread or require downloads, which leads to missed messages and slow response times. Udext removes that barrier by using simple text messaging—something everyone already uses—so communication is immediate and accessible.

The ease of use is second to none.  The customer support has always been responsive and helpful.

At times I wish I had more characters to use when sending broadcast messages, but really that is not a big deal and makes me send more concise messages.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Haven't had any problems, but Udext continues to add new features and appears to be on the innovation cutting edge for this sort of platform.

How easily it is to send out communications to your team and the ability for people to decide what language to receive the information.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

The content studio isn't quite there yet. It's not a flexible tool for creating documents, Canva is still the platform of choice.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving language barriers in communication and the ability to give our staff simple and quick ways to receive information. Ex. Keywords

I really like how easy to use and user-friendly the platform is. The interface feels simple and clear, and communication is very quick. I also appreciate the fast and helpful support team, as well as how smoothly it integrates with HR processes.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

Nothing we dislike about Udext. Overall experience is great.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Udext helps us close communication gaps, especially for our field teams. We’ve benefited a lot from the emergency alerts and announcements during weather urgencies, and it makes shift changes and call-offs much easier to manage. It also drives strong engagement through company newsletters. We recently started using the Threat Center for weather alerts, and we already feel it will be very valuable.

It helps us track employee communications.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

The only thing I can think of is that the app will randomly sign me out of it. That is a problem because I can miss important messages and delay in my response time.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us avoid missing employees' messages. We have multiple supervisors in our building, and prior to Udext, we had issues with employees only messaging one supervisor. This caused problems when that supervisor was off.

The ease of the platform is fantastic. Its very user friendly and even the recipients are impressed with the ease.

there isn't really anything that we dislike.

Its not really a problem, but we had a few people opt out and want to be opt'd back in. anytime we've had customer support needs, our issues have always been resolved.

The versatility, we can use it in all phases of our business.

**What do you dislike about Udext?**

Not being able to use MS Word.  Most of our database is in word and has to be changed over to a PDF.

**What problems is Udext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know it sounds to general but communication.  For years MidSteps has relied on print outs.  Our staff is a texting generation, we are seeing better attendance and better involvement from our staff.

Nothing. There were a few features we didn’t want, and Udext was more than happy to customize our portal so it fit our specific business needs.
