**What do you like best about Ubermetrics Delta?**

We chose ubermetrics primarily because the TV and radio search is very good. You find many relevant hits and can listen to 90-second sequences that would otherwise have been broadcast. The setup of the tool at the very beginning went great. Everything was implemented exactly according to our wishes and ideas. The support and customer service was always top-notch, very prompt and very friendly - never intrusive. We even received support when we wanted to adjust our search agents again after some time.

Every few months, minor bugs would occasionally occur, but they were all quickly fixed. We had to manually create the table of contents daily using HTML code, which took some time but was not a major problem.

Easy setup for brands, keywords and specific accounts. The monitoring is very extensive and Ubermetrics has an extensive query editor in order to be able to narrow down the searches for our specific needs.

Nothing really, every time I have a problem I open the costumer support chat. Longest wait time was around five minutes, normally the support is even faster.

We monitor brands mentions as well as specific accounts and keyword-sets. For all of them we analyse the sentiments, monitor the development of the sentiments over time, the distribution of mentions by media type and quality of accounts that post and interact. From this dataset we can then assess the quality of the social interactions as well as the emotions connected to it. Ubermetrics is also helpful for strategic research, benchmarking and competitor analysis.

**What do you like best about Ubermetrics Delta?**

The user interface is very clear and everything is intuitively adjustable and filterable.

The support is first-class, as our specific needs were always addressed. No matter what problem we had, our personal contact always sought a quick and practical solution. He also gave us a lot of creative input when setting KPIs or other usage possibilities. You can really tell that the support team values a very good customer experience.

The tool is also constantly evolving, with new features being added almost weekly, settings improved, and new sources connected. Our personal wishes were also taken into account.

The individually adjustable reports make it very easy for us to send updates to our colleagues and keep superiors up to date.

**What do you dislike about Ubermetrics Delta?**

Instagram is not yet 100% integrated. However, work is being done on it and it should soon no longer be a problem.

The functionality of the tool is very dependent on the personal contact person provided at the beginning of the implementation phase. Unfortunately, communication did not work well for us at the beginning, which is why the implementation progressed slowly at first. However, this has turned around 180 degrees since we got a new contact person!

**What do you like best about Ubermetrics Delta?**

I would particularly like to highlight the excellent customer support. There is always someone available. The customer service is always super friendly and helpful. So far, a solution has been found for every challenge we have posed in the shortest possible time.

Ubermetrics is extremely intuitive and you can quickly find your way around independently. The user interface is very clearly designed. Above all, the online seminars and the manual available online enable you to work independently with the tool, optimize your own understanding, and often answer possible questions yourself.

About the tool: I particularly like the versatility and flexibility. A variety of reports can be created. These are fully customizable and automatable. If an export is needed, it is also available in various formats. Ubermetrics also offers various analysis, filter, and comparison options. An overview of current topics can thus be quickly created and shared, naturally including various graphics. A search can be set up quickly and easily - initial results can be seen after just a few minutes.

Ubermetrics also offers the possibility to connect or integrate other providers from the print, TV, etc. sectors.

I am very satisfied with the tool as well as the great service.

Social Media Monitoring. We use the tool for the analysis and early detection of critical and specific topics, as well as for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Simple and clear user interface. Especially the analysis and comparison functions make the tool valuable. The mentions are also an important component for us in monitoring. Easily created reports complete our media clippings. The support is also top-notch. Personal contacts solve problems and questions quickly.

It's actually the mix of different aspects. A great tool with all the features your would expect from a social listening tool. But it's also the customer focussed approach, starting with an intuitive onboarding (video course) and going on with helpful and personal support. They also come up with new ideas of how to improve the customer experience and the tool use.

Nothing really. As 90% of the social listening tools, they struggle with a clear sentiment identification.

- Great customer Support which makes it very easy to get started 
- possibility to set up various searches for one topic - having this option you can create an overall search for a broad topic and on top set up smaller, more defined searches to get more insight Information.
- Report function is very practicle and easy to use - big plus for this
- Translation - all findings can be translated via Google translator, which helps us understand every single post without any extra effort
- We were able to test the System before starting working with it in a Long term. This gave us a great idea how the System works and what it could offer.

- regulations from Facebook and Instagram to get more insights (not ubermetrics "fault")

The user interface is very clearly designed. With the help of the tool, brands and topics can be easily monitored and analyzed. In addition, many results can be visualized in helpful graphics. Particularly noteworthy is the absolutely competent and fast support.

For users inexperienced with social media tools, the tool is not immediately transparent at first glance due to the variety of possibilities, and it takes some time to truly understand and use everything optimally, but with the help of the fast, straightforward, and customer-specific support, no questions remain unanswered.

Unfortunately, research into the past is only possible to a limited extent.

**What do you like best about Ubermetrics Delta?**

1. Support
In my opinion, the support from Ubermetrics is a major advantage compared to other providers with similar performance profiles. A detailed demo is provided in advance, and the requirement criteria are discussed point by point. Assistance is also offered when setting up search queries, in case not all users are familiar with search agents, operators, etc. For detailed questions, help is quickly provided via email or a video conference appointment is offered.

2. Search Queries
The search queries can be designed very precisely. In total, about 275 search terms can be linked with various Boolean operators. This allowed us to narrow down the searches to desired topics so that (almost) only relevant posts are captured.

3. Filter Function
With the new filter functions, the captured mentions can be filtered much better than before. Filtering is possible by language, media (e.g., microblogs like Twitter), sentiment, tags, and user-defined keywords. This way, the captured posts can be categorized simply and effectively afterward.

4. Export Function
The graphics can also be exported as vector files, a major advantage over other providers who often only offer JPG or PNG formats. More importantly for us is the report function, which allows reports to be automatically created and sent. These can be very individually designed - thus, at a specific time (daily, weekly), you get an overview of the most relevant posts, most active users, and can also compare the different search queries with each other.

5. Pathfinder
With the Pathfinder function, the links between the captured posts can be analyzed. This allows, for example, to capture how a press release or a specific article has spread on social media.

**What do you dislike about Ubermetrics Delta?**

1. Sentiment Analysis

A small point of criticism is the offered sentiment analysis, although we are aware of the current challenges of such analysis, which is why the criticism must be put into perspective. The algorithm learns and assigns the captured mentions the labels "Positive", "Neutral", and "Negative". For short contributions like tweets, this already works quite reliably, but for articles, the sentiment analysis is unfortunately not yet as accurate.

2. API of Facebook and Instagram
The criticism is not directed at Ubermetrics itself; the problem lies with Facebook and Instagram. These companies do not allow the automated querying of certain information, such as the number of likes.

Creating search queries is easy to accomplish both with and without the assistant. Furthermore, one can create the queries, especially without the assistant, with a very high level of detail. This allows for both extensive and in-depth results, providing comprehensive media monitoring for various applications.

**What do you dislike about Ubermetrics Delta?**

The filter function within the results unfortunately cannot be saved, so for complex evaluations, the filter criteria have to be set up anew each time. Alternatively, one could consider the filter criteria directly when creating the search queries, which, however, leads to needing more queries than actually necessary. The ability to mark certain authors or sources, rank them, or generally manage them in a management system would be very desirable. However, this wish should rather be directed towards a social media management system.

Ubermetrics Delta enables the creation of detailed media analyses for companies, brands, products, and topics. Ubermetrics Delta is used to provide our clients with a comprehensive picture of discussions in the social web about their market, competitors, and products. This includes, among other things, the comparison of buzz (= total mentions) with the competition. In the editorial department, Ubermetrics Delta is used to show editors the latest and most viral posts and sources from the web. In doing so, authors and influencers as well as the sentiment on selected topics are naturally identified and evaluated.

Ubermetrics is extremely intuitive, easy to use and contains detailed help guides for Boolean queries and other advanced filtering tool. The platform makes it easy to categorize search results and allow ease of update and comparison. The reporting tool is really great too since it can be customized based on what is needed or from a pre-designed template. Awesome stuff.

Some niche features like API plug-in are a bit more difficult to configure than the general search function (i.e. Twitter API). That's expected, but the the support team at Ubermetrics was very helpful.

If you need an easy to use platform which can search a multitude of information sources and generate clean reports that has great sentiment analysis and metrics - give Ubermetrics a try!

The user interface is visually very appealing - practically "state-of-the-art". Accordingly, it is enjoyable to work with. The search agents can be easily set up and managed. The help section is also clearly organized, and you can quickly find the relevant answers, if you even need to use the help at all. Because the direct line to the customer advisor from uberMetrics is much faster and very reliable. You always receive qualified feedback in the shortest time. Recently, we had a dual student in our department for three months. I assigned her, among other things, the maintenance of the search agents and the creation of the monthly reports. A brief introduction was sufficient, and she could start immediately. The tool was almost self-explanatory for her as well - even though she had never worked with a social media monitoring solution before.

Currently, there is nothing about uberMetrics that we could dislike. We are completely satisfied with both the tool and the excellent service.

We monitor our umbrella brand, our sales brand, and our event brands with uberMetrics. Currently, the sole focus is on establishing a kind of early warning system that provides us with a quick overview of which social media channels are discussing our brands and in what tones. In the further development stages of our social media strategy, we will also use uberMetrics to identify relevant industry trends and influencers. Campaign monitoring will also take on a greater role.

The first thing that convinced us about the uberMetrics solution is the manual customizability. This is not limited to the visual part, but also extends to the complete reporting. It's the depth of data we needed for measuring. All the platforms and mediums where we got data were important to see what we have done, what we didn't, and what the users have contributed during that time. The feature to search back in time is wonderful for getting initial responses for future planning, to see what was done, and what can be done. The visual graphics make it easy for everyone to understand what is going on in that tool.

As we started with the tool, we missed some features but now, they are included, especially the social visibilities and social shares of content. Now, we are very happy about this improvement.

It's the roadmap that makes the tool good. There is an experienced team behind it, so you are able to bring your own needs to implement in it.

With that tool, we were able to measure the results of our campaign, allowing us to evaluate them easily. During that time, we also identified our campaign's influencer. Additionally, we could decide from our data-driven marketing strategies whether to run the campaign again, which was a crucial question for next year's planning. For me, as an administrator, it was easy to adapt my team to the tool's environment, enabling me to assign tasks to them to create understandable reports for us, the customer, and the lead agency. This way, we could measure the campaign's success. As a marketer, I could see additional benefits, such as strategy planning for next year, which was the biggest advantage.

In accordance with previous reviewers, ubermetrics is extremely intuitive and easy to use. We primarily draw on ubermetrics to source data on social media content that is created by users to share information and/or opinions regarding corporate brands with other users, so called user-generated content (UGC). The scope of UGC data and its initial preparation as provided by ubermetrics is really impressive and to the best of our knowledge unparalleled. For instance, we gathered UGC data from various online media channels on six brands from the telecommunication and automotive industry dating back in time up to three years. The single content is further equipped with additional, descriptive information such as its URL, the type of media channel it has been posted to, its virality, and a sentiment score of either +1 (positive), 0 (neutral), or -1 (negative), to name just a few. With these additional information, ubermetrics customers are able to delve deeper into analyzing the large body of UGC and thus get a better understanding of its emergence and explore its impact on measures of corporate financial performance as in our case, for instance. Apart from our project, a really cool feature is the dashboard, which is easily adaptable to the user’s individual informational needs. Finally, we’d like to laud ubermetrics for its outstanding customer care: our questions regarding the provided data and the underlying process of crawling websites for brand-related content were answered immediately and to our fullest satisfaction by ubermterics’ staff.

Actually, there is nothing we disliked about ubermetrics. We are looking forward to the international expansion of ubermetrics’ online media coverage which may fairly take another while though.

The control panel and the compare tools are great. It is also great being able to handle the report templates for each customer.

There is nothing I dislike. These are things I would add or improve:

1. I miss a better way to inform about some urls I would like to ensure that the engine is scraping.

2. Another thing that would be nice to have is the possibility to have our own tables of sentiment. In other words, if the engine uses a list of keywords to determine if something is good or bad, I would like to edit this list and to have more than one list and select a different one for each customer.

3. It would be great if the engine can access not only the public pages but those pages I can also reach, just entering my user and password and my written authorization to do so.

It is a wonderful tool to handle your brand or name among the loads of information you can get in the internet.

As a reseller, I am solving my customer's problems. Some of them are related to having more visibility with the word of mouth, get a better and positive reputation and get more opportunities.

Once you're acquainted yourself with the logical model behind the system, however, it's results are richer, better and much more reliable than any other monitoring tool I have tested. That - plus the excellent customer service side - is what makes this product great.
