TranslytiX inventory optimization software determines how much stock to hold and where to position it, using Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) that sets safety stock and Days-of-Supply targets across the entire network — plant, hub, and depot — simultaneously, rather than one warehouse at a time. Every SKU is classified into one of six statistically-defined categories (by demand volume, variability, peakedness, and skew — from Stable & High Movers to Obsolete/Dormant), each governed by its own tailored safety-stock formula instead of one blanket rule. An Inventory Prebuild module pre-positions stock ahead of seasonal peaks and campaigns, and automated hub replenishment calculates transfer quantities from plant to central warehouse to regional depot to distributor, with full planner override and audit trail. Built for mid-market manufacturers running SAP, Oracle, ERPNext, or Tally. Company-reported results: 5–20% inventory reduction with improved OTIF service levels, deployed in outcome-based 90-day cycles.
