**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

Beyond the incredible partnership with Twig, I truly appreciate the front-row seat we have to ongoing feature discussions and product releases. Chandan is constantly exploring ways to expand the platform’s capabilities, always with a keen interest in how customers use it. His commitment to developing meaningful, user-driven features leads to greater adoption and efficiency, making a real difference for all users. 

I believe Twig's AI Brain is something most companies could benefit from.  It has created outstanding efficiencies, saving days (annually) when completing certain tasks.

**What do you dislike about Twig AI?**

Not a thing!  I wish I had more time to dedicate to expanding my usage of it.

**What problems is Twig AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I expect Twig to solve several problems in the future, but at the moment it has create efficiencies for our interenal team needing to accees our many resources for critical product information.  Streamlining the need for accessing information, which otherwise can be very difficult to locate and summarize.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

I received an RFP with 210 questions about our company capabilities. Using Twig I was able to find 200 of the answers simply by enterting my question. This would have previously required me to track down multple internal teams and wait days/weeks for responses. Love Twig!

**What do you dislike about Twig AI?**

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Twig!

**What problems is Twig AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me find internal company information immediately without having to reach out to fellow employees to track down information. I use Twig for finding product information for both prospects and current clients.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

if you want an AI chatbot which chat with you based on you products ,which you can customize the tone style and many more Twig AI is a good option, one of the feature i like about twig is that we can customize the answers to a great extend and one of the feature i like is that it provide links to all reference at the bottom of the chat where we can easily determine where the content is referened from and you can make the chatbot to respond answers for certain question to refer only specific contents, creating datasets is easy  you can automatically add the references with few clicks by just giving your website url

**What do you dislike about Twig AI?**

like all AI chatbots the messages can contain irrelevant content , it takes muck time to tune the chat bot to your prefernce

Indexing our product website and creating chatbot based on the product page

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

The customer service and ease of use has already proven to be tremendously successful. The benefits are immediately clear. It is going to disrupt our trainings - giving people the keys to the handbook directly!

Interface doesn't feel super modern, but it sounds like they already have plans in motion :)

Internal FAQs to address something immediately instead of waiting for someone else to reply with the answer.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

Twig is refined to answer questions specifically in the realm of which I need them. Its understanding of what we do and how to apply it has been a game changer in searching for information and being able to quickly apply the results. The application is very straight forward and easy to use.

I have not encountered anything that I dislike so far.

Twig is consistently helping me serve up verifiable information, quickly and find answers to questions without having to dig through many help articles and resources to find a comprehensive answer.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

We are a high touch business. One of our competitive advantages is our support desk - so we are very hesitant to outsource that core function to an AI chatbot.   This is where Twig excels.  It gives our CS team the AI boost, without sacrificing our human touch.   It fits into our existing workflow and we've seen the product grow and become more useful over time.    Twig has been great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Twig AI?**

The only drawback we experienced early on (and has been resolved) was making Twig fit our workflow. We didn't want to add additional steps to our CS process.  Initially, we needed to exit our CS ecosystem to use Twig. But the team has been very accomodating and the workflow/ecosystem integration has only been improving.

**What problems is Twig AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twig helps our small CS team do more in the same amount of time. We were at a crossroads about whether to expand our team to meet our customer growth. Twig has allowed us to scale our FTE-to-Revenue ratio and get more runway with each CS specialist.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

Ability to leverage generative AI in a more controlled and trustworthy way. Have more visibility on how the AI is generating answers, and where its coming from. Also have tools to better manage the training to improve the answers over time.

It leverages the latest in AI but putting me in the driver seat to minimize ai hallucination/inaccuracies

**What do you dislike about Twig AI?**

Back end interface could be improved a bit and ability to connect with Microsoft instead of just Google

**What problems is Twig AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A way better approach to internal documentation and knowledg sharing as well as extending that value directly with the customer.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

Twig really stands out with their strong core technology, excellent customer support and ability to truly deliver results and cut down our costs when it comes to support. They have fine tuned their tech specifically for hard problems - which really stands out in the noisy world, where everybody seems to make big claims  but don't truly deliver. Further, it was easy to integrate in our existing systems

Team has been very supportive working through any issues that we have gotten, so no complaints at all.

Helps us deliver on our CS targets with a much higher quality of responses and with a smaller team.

**What do you like best about Twig AI?**

The amount of time saved is incredible! We use to need to go through each support ticket, doc, etc. but now Twig automates the entire thing.

**What do you dislike about Twig AI?**

Younger startup so still early and building imrpovements to the platform. But the team moves quickly and always delivers on product updates and required features!

**What problems is Twig AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twig solves the problem of time spend and speed to responses. This not only increases customer satisfaction but also saves us time and resources to do other things.
