We use Tweepi for their premium features such as following accounts that use a particular hashtag, unfollowing accounts that look spammy and forcing spammy looking accounts to unfollow our accounts. The interface is fairly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to find a service that provides the same service that's a little less pricey. It's also a little bit of an arduous process to follow and unfollow people, but this is really because of Twitter's TOS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
