We spend a huge amount of staff time searching and researching for the right photos, images and video for our various content needs, like our website, marketing and social media. Nothing to dislike, but important to remember that you still need to make sure you train your people right to get the best out of the system. What problems is Tweak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ability to categorise, sort and quickly access the right content, and then make edits or adjustment as required is key for us. Our organisation has offices in 13 countries, with content and documents flowing throughout these offices, so it means that our staff across different teams and locations have the right content when they need it. The time saving on this is obviously very significant, but its also improved the quality of our communications and marketing materials, because everyone knows where to go to get what they want. What do you like best about Tweak?

What I like best is the ability to share files with our multiple stakeholders around the globe, irrespective of time differences, that I can set permissions on the editing and sharing of these images, and that I can reach our 60 global centres in one click. I would advise anyone looking at Tweak to seriously consider using it to enhance their marketing presence and solidate their online branding, across their community or franchises. It allows a very useful amount of control for visuals and on-brand messaging. What problems is Tweak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using file sharing devices like WeTransfer and Dropbox, but Tweak is a way easier and more accessible platform. We are able to control our brand visually, the use of our logos, and the use of suitable images, keeping our international brand presence clean and uniform. Our stakeholders feel more valued and involved as a result, and value the ability to easily edit images, particularly those who wouldn't have been able to do this previously, and were paying to have this done for them. "Love Tweak!"

What do you like best about Tweak?

We absolutely love Tweak! Since starting to use Tweak we are able to do all our own design in-house for facebook, posters, pop-ups, etc. Before this we were paying for outside graphic designers to do all our design work now we have the freedom and control to do all ourselves which is really great. It is very simple to use and you don't need to have any design experience, all the templates are set up for the various types and you just go in and edit the logos, pictures and words yourself. I would highly recommend Tweak for all businesses who do not have an in-house designer, it will make life a lot simpler and save you money in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic system, - seamless and easy to use with fantastic designs."

What do you like best about Tweak?

The system was simple to use, quick and easy to make changes. Really liked the high end designs and all the design elements and options. Very Inspiring designs, it gets you thinking of other ideas for your business. "easy to use sharing software"

What do you like best about Tweak?

find it fast and easy to use platform to get my videos and images sent over for projects. Across the team we have different user groups, so being able to split these up has been great. We have also become more interactive between groups because of Tewak Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent service with a platform that is user-friendly and simple to navigate.

The staff couldn't do enough to support you and get back to you as soon as they can.

There have been a few glitches with information appearing missing on the DAM (such as metadata), however we got great feedback from the Tweak team on where to find the data and confidence that any metatagging we did before on the system copied through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like anything, you have to use it a few times to get used to it fully. Mapping out the correct levels and permissions to suit the needs of our organisation is a challenge, and understand what all users want from across our platforms is a challenge but we are sure that with Tweak's easy to use platform it will work well.
