## About CrewPlanner
CrewPlanner is a production planning platform for commercial landscape maintenance operators. Landscaping has software for estimating, scheduling, and accounting. Production, the work inside the property line, has never had a tool. That's the gap CrewPlanner fills. Every job gets a real plan built from the measured property, not back-calculated from the estimate: crew size, equipment, service sequence, and labor hours that land closer to actual. Every crew member gets three answers the moment they step off the truck: what equipment to grab, where to work, and how long it should take. When reality changes, a crew member short, a mower down, a rain day, the plan adjusts in seconds instead of falling apart. Most customers start with a full branch portfolio. CrewPlanner runs plans across every contract and produces a variance report: planned hours against contracted hours, property by property. That's usually where owners find capacity they're already paying for. One customer confirmed a 14.2% labor-hour improvement on their first branch against their own Aspire actuals; another became $15 per crew hour more productive within 90 days.
